The cleaning lady is nice and friendly.

First, the room is pretty beat up (also the door), and the towels weren’t really clean. Second, the mattress has weird mouldy smell. Third, I was asking for a hour late check out since I want to spend more time packing up my stuff but the front desk rejected my request.

The options of the breakfast is limited but it is reasonable in current circumstances. The room is clean. The location is perfect for my purposes.

It is a bit loud from the highway traffic.

The room was clean and the night clerk was very nice.

The pool was freezing cold. It was an indoors pool in the middle of the winter, and it was not heated. My daughter actually caught a cold because she tried to get in before realizing it was not heated. I was told it was supposed to be room temperature, but it was not. The next morning, the pool was as cold as it was the night before. It was 22°F outside, and the pool was freezing cold. That pool was the reason for me and my family to stay there. Very disappointing - there was no communication about it before we arrived. I feel manipulated as I could not cancel the reservation any longer. Never again.

Coke cans 2.00 seems like a rip off and felt like being taken advantage of. Pool was freezing and not usable at all, shouldn’t be advertised as indoor pool when it’s not heated and freezing cold. My kid can swim in ponds in the spring but this pool was way too cold for anyone. Very disappointing. 6am front desk person sitting in breakfast area having very loud public phone convo was annoying. No bathtub even though I was asked if I was traveling with kids. Hated the sliding barn door cause it couldn’t be locked and kids kept opening it. Some old shoes left in room. Mostly the pool I wouldn’t even complain about the other stuff if I wasn’t so annoyed with the pool

The hotel was very clean the staff was so helpful and the price was excellent!

That i couldn't stay longer. This was the 5th hotel we stayed at and it exceeded all our expectations.

Very nice hotel. Large, clean room. Lobby is huge. Liked how it was right off the interstate, but out of the city.
