Jacuzzi tub was filthy and would not turn off

The views were incredible.

Parking and that the second deck doesn’t have access to the luggage carts due to stairs leading into the garage. I had to carry 6 loads of luggage and groceries up to the 10th floor. Also, the lady wasn’t finished cleaning until after 4:00. I had to wait in my car about an hour for her to finish.

Unit was very nice & spacious. Master bedroom had a comfortable mattress and the masterbath w/ tub and shower and dual sinks were very inviting. Great layout and balcony was lovely.

I wish the guest bedroom had a queen bed. My guest were another couple and they had to sleep in separate beds. But that was not a deal breaker. Overall I couldn't find anything I didn't like.

This facility is not good for people with wheelchair or walkers. There wasn’t even railings to hold on to with some of the stairs. I ask very specific questions regarding accessibility and they assured me there wasn’t any. Left a day early due to this. No fun for the hubby when he can’t be mobile.

Staff was nice and helpful. The place was not overcrowded and there was more than enough room for social distancing.I love the view of my condo.
