Very comfortable. Loved the Moulton&Brown products. Loved the bathroom counter and shower, beds were nice. Valet was wonderful.

Bathroom mirror did not extend to expansive vanity so single sink was a limitation on getting all family members ready on time. The lit mirror could not move to the sofa table in entry bc bo outlet. The lighting in entry wall size full mirror was terrible for makeup. We had 2nd floor and had no view, which I found disorienting and a bit claustrophobic. Finally, there was a strong smokey meat odor on the floor when we got off the elevator and I think it was related to a kitchen but it was very difficult to enjoy the arrival bc it was so overpowering. Maybe some air purification or better ventilation would help. Bathroom toilet area had no ventilation either.

We were upgraded to a room with two king size beds. The room was enormous and well furnished. We could walk to everything we wanted to see.

Room (King premier) was spacious. Bar was nice only at night and breakfast (not open for lunch). People were friendly. Location was excellent

First they texted me it was "$30" for overnight parking. Then the valet said it was "$30 oh and tax (9.25% mind you!)". Then when I finally got the receipt from front desk an "Urban amenities fee" $10 ". Just say its about $40 upfront folks!

Location was great. We walked downtown to the restaurants and bars. Close to a lot.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They also provide free soda and water at the front desk. There is a coffee shop and 2 restaurants in the hotel complex. They have a shuttle and were so nice to take us to our concert and also pick us up after so that we didn't have to pay for an Uber or Lyft. Overall amazing hotel for the price. Highly recommended!
