The location was perfect. It was clean and nice
$50/day to rent chairs on the beach was too much. The chair rental guy was super nice and accommodating. The furniture was old and felt kinda dirty so we sat on towels.

You have to pay for an umbrella. Would be nice to have one included with your stay or at least get a discounted rate

It was a great location, easy access to the beach, restaurants within walking distance, plenty of in room amenities, quiet beautiful
The 350.00 cleaning fee, there are another ladies clothes still in the drawer, a man’s personal bible in a decorative box, used coffee and filter still in the coffee pot. The lid on the trash can was broken as well as the hinges on the pullout bed. The trash shoot stayed full the whole time so we had to put garbage down by the dumpster. So yeah for a 350.00 cleaning fee you’d think it would of been a little cleaner that part should really be refunded

the location was perfect! didn’t have to leave the location hardly for anything. my 11 year old enjoyed the quick access to the pool and beach all day long.
the remote control for the tv was a little hard to work. had to keep pressing the button for it to register to tv

We didn't get to stay at Gulf Gate, so we didn't get a chance to like anything.
We were contacted on our way down that we couldn't stay at Gulf Gate. It would have been nice to know that a few days in advance.

It was a very nice condo.
Although the price for the condo was very reasonable at $78 the taxes and $137 cleaning fee brought the total to $267. That was crazy.

This end of town is great if you don't want all the traffic. Beach is not crowded and plenty of good restaurants are close by. Plenty of parking. Lots of stuff in condo for entertainment if you have young ones and it's raining out.
Dryer was VERY loud, we only ran it when we were going out to dinner. Door code was too long! 10 numbers and if you didn't hit the numbers correctly, you had to start over.

The interior of the condo was okay but food was left in the refrigerator from the last people and there was no parking
You don't have that big of a condo without a place to park too many mopeds and golf carts parking and car spots

We Loved everything about the property
Slow shower drain was a bummer. We would have to plunge it in the morning after a shower & by evening it would finally be drained enough for another shower. Very slooow drain in shower😕

The office at the condos had a sign on the door saying don't come Into this office if u r with the air n n b agency I dealt with .so I didn't just went to the door n punched in code
