Dryer squeaked, living room couch bed broken, tile was busted in kitchen area, dish washer siding work, very low water pressure in shower and very hot, had a water leak in middle of night, had no water, was relocated away from rest of family to another hotel. However the new room was excellent in comparison

HORRIBLE FROM START TO FINISH!!!!

The room was filthy disgusting.Dried food on silverware, dishes in dishwasher, hair in fridge and drawers, food splatters on counters, running down into cabinet fronts. Stove burners all had good dried on them, one burner wasn’t even attached and looked to be a fire hazard. Fridge leaked, toilet continuously ran, patio door was so hard to even open, bed was old and over used. Carpets were absolutely disgusting dirty, feet turned black. We ended up checking out the second day and they charged us $1,100 for just one night because of checking out early. The pool is very tiny and was so busy we couldn’t get in unfortunately. Location of property was good. I wouldn’t recommend though as clearly the unit owners do not care one bit about their company. Unit 410 was also outdated, furniture from the 90s is my guess. The placemats on table were all stained, tile in shower had mold that easily scraped off. We counted 19 hairs on bathroom floor and quit counting after that. Patio furniture was so old and rusted you couldn’t sit at it. We left and went to treasure Island condos which are amazing!

Beach location was wonderful! Elevator worked, which was great for older people.

All the beds were horribly uncomfortable.The couch bed was dilapidated and unsleepable. We had to purchase an air mattress. Refrigerator leaked all over. Had to keep wiping up water repeatedly; some of the food we bought spoiled in the refrigerator in 2 or 3 days.The dryer was squealing so bad it was noise pollution. The rug under the dining table was horribly dirty. Toilet in front hall didn't flush well. Door to the balcony was almost impossible to open. All 5 of us hurt our backs trying to open it to enjoy the balcony/ocean view & breezes. This property sleeps 6, so why only 4 chairs at the table. Only 2 spoons in the whole place? Why? I could tell you more. But the place was so awful, really.

It was satisfying.

The TV in the living room had bad service, the patio door was hard to get open and closed.

we liked everything about our stay.

Our stay was great however this condo needs to be updated. the recliner was broken, the light in the refrigerator was out, and the dryer squeaked. The rooms were clean however the floor was sticky and didn’t appear to have been mopped.

A better job on the floors

Our refrigerator was out for 2 days. Maintenance was in our room 3 of our 4 days. They had to give us a mini fridge.

It's in a great part of town and easy to get in and out of. This is the second time we have stayed at this condo. Close to restaurants without having to go to the other end for good food options.

The sliding glass door is EXTREMELY hard to open and close. It should probably be replaced. Some of the fronts of the drawers in kitchen are barely hanging on. We always wash all dishes before using and found some were dirty from previous person. The price this year doubled from last year and is WAY up again for next year so don't know if we will be back.

Comfy, check in was super easy, beautiful views, right on the beach, could watch dolphins frolic from our balcony.

The pool is completely covered, so the water is freezing cold! A pool heater would be a nice touch, but it wasn't that big of a deal.
