Everything was beautiful!! It was so quiet. You can’t hear your neighbors at all! Apartment is very well equipped. Elevator is very handy!! Carpet needs a shampoo, but other than that the place was super clean! I will definitely be back!!

Two broken chairs on the balcony really should be fixed before someone has an accident. At least two kitchen treasures bags should be given, and more than one roll of toilet paper per bathroom.

Everything was clean when we arrived. I loved the location of the condo, its farther down than the main strip so not as much traffic. Would definitely stay here again.

The only issue we had was there isn't a way to lock it from the inside and my toddler could easily reach the lever door handle and was able to open the door and go outside.

It took forever on hold to call and get a code.

The carpet is old and dirty. The carpet is a different color around the wall than the rest of the carpet which clearly tells us that it is old and needs replaced. There was a sock in the main bedroom behind the dresser which makes it clear to us that it was never cleaned. There were nerf gun darts under the beds which also lets us know it wasn't cleaned. The condo needs to be repainted, the kitchen table chairs are dirty and one of the bar stools seats sinks in. The bathrooms need remodeled. The bathtubs could use a professional person to come in and seal/paint them so they look clean. The balcony had too much furniture squeezed into a small area and the table and chairs were woobly like they were going to break. The main bedroom TV was too small. It could use 3 new smart tvs. The doors need new door knobs.

Dated. Many things did not work. Appliances old. Furniture old and outdated. Customer service non responsive. No security on-site. Loud guests with barking dogs.

Stairs was right in front of my room elevator was way away so I took the stairs the whole time but to be fair I needed the work out

The Location is beautiful. Its not close to any restaurants.

The condo is outdated and could use a make over. The beds are hard so bring a egg crate if you don't want to sleep on something that feels like plywood. They have replaced the patio furniture since the past reviews.

Location, short walk to beach

Loud either hot water heater or cooling unit, not sure which. Wallpaper peeling, stove didn't want to work sometimes, Fridge didn't want to stay shut, had to push and hold.

The one bath toilet did not work and the other toilet loose from the floor

Location was great. The place was very roomy. It was right on the beach.

The dishes IN THE CABINET were dirty and unwashed. Greasy with dried food on plates. We had to wash every dish before using. Beds were Hard. Coffee pot brewed but the burner did not work so it did not keep coffee hot. Plus, it was only a small coffee pot. Wall paper was peeling off the wall. Dishwasher wasn't secured to counter so it fell into the kitchen when the door was opened. We had to move a sofa and there was all sorts of dirt and filth, including a pill, under it. No extra paper towels. Had paint splatters on wall. Bedroom lights flickered. TV was hooked to light switch. Then the pipe behind the bathroom wall was leaking so maintenance had to keep coming in and out of the room. This place would be nice if it was taken care of. But overall, it was dirty with too many things that needed attention.

We loved that it felt private. It is spacious and welcoming. It has amazing views.

There is no hot tub in the pool area.

The patio door handle broke off completely due to rust as did a chair on the patio.

Location. Wasn't super busy and beach wasn't overly crowded. Perfect for our family of 6. We will definitely stay again!

Nothing really. Needs some updating but other than that was very nice.

On the beach

Balcony door could hardly be opened, very limited parking and needs to be updated.

Being on the beach is what we liked the most.

The screens were torn and windows were dirty. The wallpaper was torn in places.

The property was great! Location was great! The staff was very friendly

Both beds are hard! The apartment was clean and very comfortable with the exception of the beds a pillow-top would have made the place a 10/10.
