La struttura è di facile accesso (a breve distanza dalla Highway 1) ed è dotata di parcheggio gratuito. A pochi passi dalla struttura si trova un seafood di buona qualità.

La struttura è situata in una zona desolata dell'isola. Il sonno non è dei migliori, visto che l'insonorizzazione della camera non è buona e la vicina highway 1 è trafficata e rumorosa. La procedura di check-in non è stata gestita in modo efficiente: al nostro arrivo non siamo riusciti ad entrare in camera, perchè abbiamo trovato la reception chiusa (erano le 18.30 circa) e non avendo ricevuto via mail il codice di accesso (come promesso) non potevamo aprire la porta della camera. Abbiamo dovuto chiamare telefonicamente la proprietà per farci dare il key code della camera. Trovo il costo dell'alloggio veramente alto per la qualità della struttura e per il servizio offerto.

Il n'y a personne à l'accueil c'est un peu impersonnel... Nous n'avons pas eu de problèmes heureusement, sinon il faut téléphoner...

The location was great.

The first thing that happened was the towel bar fell off the wall in the bathroom. I'm 5'2" and couldn't see in the bathroom mirror because it was too high and it was the only mirror in the room. When we took our shoes off, the floor was filthy, and our feet were black after walking on it. After several attempts, I tracked down the housekeeper the next morning (there's no onsight management) and told her about the issues. She responded, "I don't have a maintenance person and can't do anything about the towel bar. I steam mopped the floor last week, but it's a stick down tile and won't clean up. It needs replaced but they won't do it.) I suggested that maybe the new owners would do it and she said "no, they won't". I was getting nowhere so I just dropped it.

Location is good. It’s in the central of Florida keys.

in general the place was very nice and tidy. The place was equipped with most needed things. Comfortable bed. Additional bonus the fact that it was near the destination I wanted to travel, so it safe the time. We were satisfied with the place.

Unfortunately the toaster was broken but we managed without that. Other facilities were fine. One more thing which we did not like that the door to the bathroom were missing. It would rise the comfort of persons who using the toilet or bath if there were the door.

Clean as can be and ready to check in early. The virtual check in and key less entry were so convenient.

The window mount AC ran loudly and randomly all night long.

You do need to drive or cab to the more popular spots on Marathon but, I knew this when booking and planned on dinner and breakfast at the Sunset Grill, so I didn't care.

Close proximity to nice resort next-door and to the 7 mile bridge and Sunset Grill. free bikes were nice. I like the little table and chairs out front to sit outside.

Water pressure was poor. Not a lot of room in the bathroom to move around

The property is dated. The bathroom has been updated but the shower handle kept falling off. The oven did not work. There was only two forks, two knives and two spoons. The water pressure was very low in the kitchen and in the shower.

Great location, nice pool, and friendly staff.

Perfect place for one night. Sunset Grill nearby was nice and the walkout to Pigeon Key was great.

Short stay. Bike rentals would be good, but not necessary, as we had all we needed within asking distance.
