The food was exceptionally good. The room and property were well maintained. The guard at the gate and the restaurant staff were very friendly.

Prior to check in we received an offer for options for our upcoming stay. When we called we had a hard time reaching an agent , once we did they were not trained well on what we wanted and wanted us to call back to check for availability . The front desk made us feel unwelcome it seemed because we were only staying for one day.. at which point I responded and said.. this time. On the morning of checkout our room key was disabled prior to checkout locking us out of our room. We had to find house keeping to let us in. All of this was unacceptable for a hotel allegedly of high quality .

The location

Worst service I have ever seen We booked this hotel with my boyfriend to treat us for our anniversary so we chose what was supposed to be one of the best, with 5 stars and plenty of awards. Its not. It’s the worst. It all started at check in, they kept us waiting in line for 10 minutes, nobody approached us or offered a drink or anything while waiting. This was at 5pm, not exactly rush hour, but there were 2 very unwilling employees behind the desk. Once we were checked in, they never explained anything about the grounds, or restaurants or anything. They just mentioned the gym and the bar. Bear in mind this is quite a big resort. We had to drive to the parking lot (25USD + fees a night for an outdoor parking. It rains quite a bit in this part of Florida) where you have to carry your luggage to the lift and drag it to your room and at no point anyone offers any help. There’s no assistance of any kind. Again, FIVE STARS, over USD 600 a night plus a LOT of hidden fees. We decided to order room service because it was raining and didn’t want to get wet. It arrived in a cardboard bag, and inside it was all plastic. Cutlery, cups, plates. It was like ordering Mc Donalds but VERY overpriced. They only have ONE vegetarian option, which is not even in the menu (its a beyond burger) and some the staff isn’t even aware of it. They don’t replace your water bottles daily, they just give you 2 when checking in and good luck walking 500 feet to get one from reception. The first day we were there, we left the room at 11 am, got back at 5pm and they still hadn’t cleaned the room. We had to call and ask. Again. 5 STARS. On our last night, we tried making reservations at the one and only restaurant on site, but since it was raining quite heavily half of the restaurant is outside and was unavailable. We called 4 times, every time they told us it was full but they’d call us back with a solution (there’s no other restaurant) and they never did. So you get to starve if it’s up to them.

From the moment you enter, the experience invites you to enjoy the views and the wonderful atmosphere. The staff is attentive and friendly, they welcome you with a glass of bubbly wine and water. Theo was especially friendly and charming, he showed us the way to our room We enjoy the 148 veranda room with back door directly to the patio with a lovely ocean view the cleanliness, details and spaces of the room and bathroom were perfect The bed has the best mattress (No so much the pillows) Very nice common spaces with varied activities for the whole family and tastes (the little beach is no so great to swimming but you can spent the day very calm and relax with the sun and beautiful views) The restaurant has very good selección, the food is good size and good quality made at the moment Dinner outside with the sunset is wonderful! Stephany has very nice attention! The breakfast was good too and Estefania was exceptional with the attention at the restaurant
