Front desk staff was very nice. Room was great. Large bathroom and very clean.

It looked like a very new facility at the time of our stay. Clean, modern and comfortable. Front reception staff was nice and helpful. We had breakfast and the breakfast area had an amazing view. Food was fine.
Only thing I did not like was the noise from air duct. It was a very windy day and the noise from wind woke me up sometimes. Everything else was perfect.

My room didn't have a microwave.

The space was nice, we had a girl's staycation and the TV had netflix. Room was big and modern.
Parking was expensive and front desk mentioned security meaning there might be break ins?

I really enjoy the hotel. We when to the bar area the bartender was vary friendly. And the drinks was on point.The outside patio was beautiful. But unfortunately for us it rain hold weekend, so some of the thin we came for, we was under able to do, but we still had fun.
The ice machine on the 3 floor need fix. Other then that. We really enjoy are self.

The room was beautiful and so roomy! It was also lovely to have a pool and fitness area.
The hotel restaurant was a bit pricy but was still very good.

The vents in the room were unbelievable LOUD. I have heard small airplanes that were quieter... There was no way to turn it off either, which made it very hard to fall asleep. There has to be a way to make those vents quieter!

Hidden fee’s on Parking and Tax. Didn’t know until i checked out and received my bill. People were setting off fireworks in the driveway. I went there to avoid fireworks. If No fireworks are allowed it should be posted.
They should of posted it because the fireworks were not allowed

location was good and the facilities were excellent
We didn’t get any housekeeping services throughout the 3 day stay, luckily had extra towels but don’t feel we should be having to ask for more towels

The bed was comfortable
I was charged with 50 USD/ night for my small dog. This price is not transparent in booking. I ve asked them before my staying how much they charge and they didn't answer.

Extremely clean and nice rooms. Good location. Staff was very nice and helpful.
Beds were not very comfortable but manageable. Restaurant food was pricey but good.

The room was great, the staff took care of us and delivered us a cot for our baby right away, even with our late check in.
Despite having an indoor pool, the water were pretty cold and our kids did not enjoy staying in it much. Was expecting a warmer water temperatures for sure. Especially since there's no hot tub to accommodate it.
In the pictures it was not clear if there is one or not. Could post better pictures of the pool faculty so it would be definitely clear there isn't one. Except that everything was great!
