Property was nice. Great view and room was decorative

Door lock was difficult to figure out. Perhaps owner can give clear instructions in the future. That was not and issue for me but the only one thing I didn’t like was the the comforter on the bed with its pillow covers were very dirty and stained. It looks like the comforter hasn’t been washed in a long time

The amenities were great, the location was within a decent distance to restaurants and entertainment.

It was not on the beach or had it’s own beach access.

The room was nice & well appointed. The pool/outdoor space was beautiful. We spent most of the time on the property there. The staff & neighbors we ran into were all super friendly. We will be back!

GREAT pool area easily accessible from back patio - 6th floor was best location in complex! Has a really large hot tub, huge heated pool, regular sized cold pool, plenty of lounge chairs, view of beach, and a few grill/lounge areas. No pool bar but can BYOB. Friendly and helpful staff, quick response from vacasa when we had questions, pretty and clean room, nice kitchen. Convenient location in Galveston - at intersection of the 2 main roads, so could easily hop on Broadway for the 7 min drive to the Strand or hop on Seawall Blvd to drive to any of the beaches (closest is a 2 min drive). Or could drive 3 min to ferry to get to Crystal beach.

Pullout sofa bed was surprisingly "old school" for price point and terribly uncomfortable - metal coils in a thin mattress. Suggest adding memory foam topper. Glass shower door made privacy impossible. Suggest adding mirrors elsewhere in condo so while one guest is showering, others can at least do hair and makeup outside of bathroom, or perhaps rig up an optional shower curtain/privacy option. Minor things you might consider adding: kleenex, an extra blanket or two, and a note/text with wifi code and instructions on checkout regarding how to leave used towels, sheets, dishes, and trash.

It would have been nice to have tvs in the bedrooms. We all like our different shows in the evenings.
