Breakfast was extraordinary healthy and delicious. The freshness of the fruits and local yogurt was a bonus. Host made sure we were fed and happy, and we were. She made us feels super comfortable and try to accommodate us as much as possible without being over us. We had a great time. Highly recommended B&B to stay and refresh.

Location was great for our purpose, hiking, nature, tranquility, peace, and art. Host help us beyond expected with our clothes, reservation to a wonderful local restaurant. She gave us extra towels, water, and coffee.

Lesa is great. We can’t wait to go back. This place is perfect for couples or families.

Great attention to detail, comfortable room, amazing breakfast, attention paid to dietary restrictions and allergies.

Beautiful house and common areas. Located in prime leaf peeping areas and minutes from hikes, arts, and dining options. Our host was very gracious and her breakfasts were delicious.

Lesa, the hostess, provided little extras to make the stay exceptional, such as cookies, night caps, and a friendly chat.

Leza (and her dog Buddy) could not have been more gracious and accommodating. She is kind, thoughtful and knowledgeable about the area. The place is wonderfully maintained and immaculately clean. No detail is overlooked. Upon arrival, we were greeted with spirits (wine/water/lemonade) and a cheese board which we enjoyed on the screened in porch. When we returned from dinner, we were greeted with freshly baked brownies. The breakfast is a three course delight and not to be missed. All the food (as well as the items in the welcome package) were fresh and locally sourced. We were in the area for my son’s graduation. I only wish we knew about this place sooner. Do not hesitate to book. I can’t give our stay and Lesa enough praise.

One of our rooms only had a tub and handheld shower (we knew this at booking, it was fully disclosed) and we were able to shower in the second room that we booked. If an enclosed shower is important to you, be sure to book a room that has one (it is well disclosed on the website).

Host and property were stellar.

Blackinton Manor is a beautiful and comfortable historic home, filled with warmth and charm. Lesa made us feel at home, serving us a delicious homemade breakfast, fresh baked afternoon treats, as well as other tasty surprises. She also was a great resource about the area. Blackinton Manor is a hop, skip and a jump from all of North Adams and Williamstown, and nearby hiking, world-class museums, and restaurants. Highly recommended!
