Location was very good & as was as access to pool.

The property was VERY dated & does not appear the owner has bothered to take some of the profits to maintain it. A lot of it was cosmetic & fairly easy to fix such as: dray wall tape bubbling on wall, base board trim in dire need of paint in areas, living & dining area in desperate need of updates, refrigerator that needs updating, carpet & area rug worn as well dirty, & squeaky bedroom ceiling fan. Also, quite surprise a VERY limited supply of toilet paper, paper towels, bathroom & kitchen soaps for a 9 day stay (told you only get a starter kit regardless of how many days booked which seems odd for the fee charged.)

The location was great. Easy access to the Turtle Bay resort facilities and beaches. Along with nearby local attractions and food trucks.

We had two cars for our group staying at the condo. Unfortunately there was only one key fob available for gate access. This made it a bit tricky when we both left and returned at different times.

It was pretty quiet the path out the back door made walking around pleasant. Lots of places to explore and spots to watch the sunset. Good air flow through open doors and windows. Vaulted ceilings made condo feel open and spacious. Kitchen utilities/accessories were adequate. Easy driving access to the best of the North Shore- beaches, food trucks, grocery. Other than trips to certain destinations off-site, there wasn’t much reason to leave the environs of the property, beaches and trails on-site.

I didn’t like the screen doors- they are all in need of repair. One fell right off the track. The front door one was very loud. There was a pest issue- ants, gnats, and one giant roach under the kitchen sink. if I could have chosen a unit closer to the ocean and further from the highway, I would have. An updated TV would have made for more fun nighttime movies on the couch.

Very nice condo, great location, comfortable beds

Air conditioners didn’t seem to be able to keep up with the heat and humidity. There were large nightstands blocking air flow from the air conditioners which were installed at floor level. Even with ceiling fans, it was a little unconfortable until the night air cooled somewhat.
