They don’t provide shampoo and conditioner. The house inside very old. Air conditioner noise. Mattress uncomfortable.

Property was well kept and our room had everything we needed for a pleasant stay.
I paid for an early check in but when we got there our gate code didn't work and the office was closed ( during business hours) the gate call box told me I needed to get in touch with the owners. I called red awning to get help! I waited a while before we got contact with the host they did refund my money for the early check in but it almost made me late for the event I was needing to attend not having contact with someone physically at the location was very frustrating. Red awning did their best to make contact but they also had to wait. I feel that having some one physically there at the location would be helpful when codes don't work or an alternative way to get into the property would be helpful as well especially when you have previously paid in full. Getting into our room was fine but getting in the gate was a headache.

it was a nice set-up and Good size. The mattress in the master bedroom was very old, lumpy, soft and uncomfortable. I believe this mattress needs to be replaced. I was also disappointed that you stipulated two people only when you have another bedroom and bathroom upstairs! For the price…you should be flexible with the number of people and also allow a guest to park in the parking lot.
i stated it above. You are too strict with the limit of two guest in your two bedroom and two bathrooms. Also, your place needs many upgrades: furniture, bathroom fixtures, you have the very bare minimum in the bathrooms. I guess I was expecting more for the price.

secured and very quiet. The area was clean and it was assuring to know that security actually do their rounds through out the night.
The A/C unit needs to be replaced. Although we didn’t need it; there may be families that want to use it. The A/C unit turns on, but does not blow cool air.
The mattress in the master bedroom needs to be replaced it’s worn on the right side to where it feels like I was sleeping in a hole. It was uncomfortable and hurt my back.

Nice closet, had a head drier, and lots of space. The kitchen was okay too!
I didn’t get my code timely. My email address was correct, but I didn’t get it until j was already on the flight. The bathroom was so loud, I got a headache. There were bugs and lizards everywhere, but I didnt have options on moving. The bed was okay. The view was deceiving in the pictures, actually most of them were but the kitchen.

Loved the location. Perfect for our family of 4. 2 teenagers stayed up top. So nice that it backed up to the golf course.

great for kids, we hired a car & drove to all the beautiful beaches, bought some cheap snorkels for snorkeling, surf lessons for the kids & lots of food trucks along North Shore, the cultural centre, we also cooked at home some days. Easy check in & out process. Great overall experience.
only slight complaint would be the main bedrooms bed/mattress… kind of slinks into the middle. But the space was so good, it wasn’t a big deal.

The location near Turtle Bay was nice and the golf course view was good.
The unit was extremely dated and in disrepair. Everything was very old, fixtures, appliances, furnishings, etc... There was only one very small television in a two-bedroom condo. A/C did not adequately cool the condo. No amenities or effort to make our stay nice (no shampoo, conditioner, lotion, waters). The beds were all unbelievably uncomfortable. My wife and I woke with sore backs every morning. The cleaning fee was exorbitant. $260 for a two-night stay. The unit ended up costing $480/nt with all the fees. This absolutely was not a $480/ny condo.

Property managers were good at communication. Great to have our own space and kitchen for our family. Great location near Kahuku, Laie, and family.
Beds were uncomfortable. AC was loud in bedroom, and upper loft gets hot without the AC. Some upgrades to the unit would be nice.

We loved the location. Overall our stay was wonderful. A couple of suggestions....A better option for cooling off the upstairs. Having a screen and not a window made it so hot upstairs. It cooled down at night but during the day it was almost unbearable upstairs. Putting a glass window over the screen would be great or else adding a window air conditioner. Also, there wasn't any hand soap in the kitchen. Also, the mattresses are old and uncomfortable. It isn't expensive to add a memory foam topper and it would make a huge difference in the comfort of the bed. One other suggestion is instead of a key fob to get in the gate, it would be nice if there was just a code to put in. Our son spent a lot of time with his brother in another location and every time he was dropped off at our place it was a pain to get him through the gate without a code. Its not hard to give each guest a code that is only used for the time they are staying and then it would change for the next guest. Please consider this option. Its a more up-to-date option and much easier for the guests. Overall our stay was great. It's obvious our place is older and needs some updating but we were happy to be in beautiful Hawaii. Mahalo!
Hot upstairs, no soap in the kitchen, using a key fob instead of a code to get through the gate and very uncomfortable mattresses.

Three only thing I really liked about the property was the views, the beach and pool.
The property is outdated, it was not cleaned and when I reached out to the company I went through, I was advised to call the local host. When I reached out to them, I had to leave a message and finally got a call back to clean and fix what was needed the day before I am scheduled to check out. The amount of money I was charged for this kind of place, I'll stay at a hotel next time.

Property is very dated and needs some TLC. Mattress in the master is broken. Super loud window AC unit. Broken fans upstairs. Shower is old and gross. Lots of ants, spiders and geckos. We killed a spider that crawled into our bed!

The condo was very clean when we arrived, and we enjoyed the peaceful setting overlooking the golf course.
There wasn’t really anything that we were unhappy with.
