Great friendly hotel, rooms are very well thought out, but not large. Value proposition is excellent. Free drip coffee on main floor throughout day, communal fridge on the main floor if needed, free drink upon checkin.

Not good for work - there is a stool and small foldup table, which certainly suffices for short email checks etc. But if you plan to spend a few hours hacking away in your room, it won't be super comfortable.

The entire staff is amazing! Everything from our room to the bar was perfect!

This was a great location for our needs.

Parking situation

It had a bunch of interesting gimmicks and the staff was nice. The pillows are great too. They did lock the doors at night to keep the homeless and other people out. They are very pet friendly.

The Uptown area has gone to crap since I visited. Very sketchy, and trash everywhere on the sidewalks. We did not feel comfortable or safe walking around. There is no parking at the location so had to park in a parking garage each night and pray the car was there in the morning. The rooms are clean but cramped and not built for function. The bathroom door has no lock and the bathroom itself has WINDOWS into the room. The windows are some sort of wavy glass so it’s not completely transparent but you better be comfortable with your roommate or be prepared. There are no closets or drawers so no place to put things. There’s no fan in the bathroom so the walls are crying after a hot shower and we ran the faucet for privacy for going to the bathroom. The deadbolt didn’t work. The TV service kept cutting out every couple of minutes. The fridge was communal and the fitness center is an actual bicycle on a stand. I would not return.

The person that was at check in on Saturday the 16th about 1:30 pm when i arrived was awesome and extremely helpful. The location to the event i was going were close and an easy walk.Loved the area and Hotel hope to come back and would highly recommend.

Room had no place to put folded clothings into, no safe inside rooms, no cooked food or breakfast with limited coffee shops in the area. Bottom line not good value foe money
