Extremely clean and pet friendly. I have bad allergies to some dogs, but I requested a super clean ahead of time and the room was immaculate

the toilet was a little dirty. There was a stain on the toilet.

The front desk staff and concierge were great.

The room was tired looking, dirty floors (our socks got filthy) and it needed a deep clean. There was spilled coffee under a chair that was obviously very old and even blood on the side of the mattress protector. The mirrors were smeared and there were long black hairs in the shower. When I asked if the breakfast buffet was to be replenished at 9 am I was told that they could put one or two croissants in an oven but it would take 20 minutes. The cheese was wet and stuck to the serving plate - really not very appetising.

Hotel smelled really good from the moment we walked in. Great location for walking around Portland. Hotel bar was very nice too. Would definitely stay here again.

Parking was a little more than expected.
