Great location near the shop and the station. It was all great, the host was amazing, she gave us a little gift (pasta and sauce). There is everything you need (apart from the kettle but maybe it was only me that couldnt find it and maybe it was there). Overall, great place!

Sometimes it was loud because there were some gatherings of people dancing and talking near the house, but it was only 2-3 hours per day.

Apartment is modern and nicely furnished, beds are comfortable, rooms have AC, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need in case you want to cook. Location is 5 minutes walking to La Spezia station. It was very clean.

Great modern newly renovated apartment. Close to station and city center. Well furnished and stocked with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Host was very responsive. Big airy rooms with balcony. Beautiful place

There was a bar downstairs with a lot of locals hanging around from late afternoon until very late at night - so it got way too loud.

The bar under the appartment was closed. No idea if this is forever, or what thé situation is when it is open. But our stay was just GREAT
