We enjoyed this space for its cleanliness, security, comfort, and smart details like a welcome snack, charging stations at each end table and storage space. We were able to walk to many meals and attractions or get a ride within a minute or less each time. Great location for our needs and anyone doing the typical tourist attractions!

Great location! Everything we needed.

Everything we needed. The bed was comfortable. The closet was great! We were there five nights and only once did we hear the people upstairs walk. The floor was a little creeky. It is close to everything. Totally walkable.

Stayed for a concert. Everything thing you would want is within walking distance. Pike place, good restaurants and right next door to top pot doughnuts which was a bonus!! Place extremely clean and stocked with everything you need - a little noisy when other people are in the hall but very minor complaint. I would not hesitate to stay again!!!

John was an excellent host, very easy to communicate with and accommodating! The flat was in an excellent location. it was an easy walk to Pikes Place Market, Seattle center, many restaurants and coffee shops/ bakeries. It was also a short walk to the light rail. The flat was very comfortable and cute! And had everything we needed for our stay!

We had a really nice time! John was very good at communicating and check-in was a breeze. The place was as listed and it was very clean! They even left us some nice snacks! Thank you. :) There were some great one-use shampoo, soap and conditioner. Always appreciate this gesture and thoughtfulness! The only complaint was that the neighbors above were very noise in the early morning (5am) and it lasted awhile. Ugh. Also we couldn’t adjust the heat and it was a little warmer than we wanted the first night. It was a really nice stay overall and a great location!! We’d recommend it! Thank you for having us!

This unit is comfortable and well laid out with all the conveniences you could ask for. Access is easy, the kitchen is fully equipped, and the neighborhood is friendly. We walked all over central Seattle, from Pioneer Square to the Seattle Art Museum to Seattle Center - all within 20-30 minutes from the flat. If you want to pick a central location to explore Seattle, this is it! John is a great host who responds quickly to any issues you might have. Great place; great host - we loved it.

This property was really cute and was within walking distance of many attractions. It is not as quiet as being in a hotel, but the location was excellent.

Clean, comfortable, great location!

This condo was perfect for our stay in Seattle. I booked a car rental before booking the condo, so had to pay for parking. I would recommend looking on the street of the condo before paying for the parking garage, if you have a car with you. It is much cheaper and during the week especially we always had parking available. The condo was cleaned and enough space for us to have suit cases spread out. The bed was very comfortable. Easy to get in and out, very clear instructions!

We stayed here last week and we loved it. We only needed an Uber for the airport trip. We walked everywhere. We walked to the fish market, Space Needle, local restaurants, the Pop Culture Museum, the local thrift shops and all over the city. This place is in the perfect area. I walked with my teenage son and we felt safe.

Our stay here was extremely pleasant and convenient. The space was all that we needed and everything was as described. We would definitely stay again.

This place was in a great location! We were able to walk to all of the main attractions of Seattle. It was clean and quaint! Just what we needed.

Condo is cozy, but met all of our needs for 2. Despite being downtown it was quiet and we slept well. Donut shop next door became a great morning visit.

This was perfect for mine and my boyfriends trip to Seattle! We were walking distance to everything, including waterfront if you dont mind a bit of a further walk.

Walking distance to everything and only 4 blocks from the light rail. One day we walked from the spheres, to the space needle, to the pier, to pike's place, to chinatown and back. We had a great trip! The owners are very communicative and let me know that the studio was ready early so I could go straight from the airport and drop off our bags. We appreciated all the streaming services and used the sounds of rain on YouTube to drown out the sounds of the city. We slept well! Thanks for the sunshine while we were here!

We loved this place! Location was great and the space is perfect for two people. Comfy bed. The baseboards were a little dusty when we got there but otherwise it was pretty clean. Only downside is the walls are very thin, you can hear people coming in and out and the cleaners were listening to podcasts on speaker when we were trying to sleep in the mornings. Overall the location is great and it's totally worth the thin walls.

Lovely little place, quiet and yet close to everything.

We had a great 5 day stay here. Comfortable bed, very easy check in. So quiet with the windows in the courtyard and not facing the street.

My daughter and I wanted to spend a few days in Seattle together. Great neighborhood, easy walking and fun places to eat/grab a drink. The two chairs in the living room area were not conducive to sit and talk so someone was always on the bed. Bed was a bit too soft for our taste. Kitchen well stock. All in all a great time.

This apartment is a clean, well stocked studio. Loved the snacks, tea and coffee for guests especially for a late night arrival like me! It does not face the street so only noise is from upstairs in the am if those tenants walking around. The owner is very organized and communicated well. Easy and safe to walk in the neighborhood. I would stay there again

We had a gold star stay in Seattle. Great location and neighborhood restaurants. The hosts were fabulous! You wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else.

This remarkable condo was perfectly located for all the attractions we came to see. The condo was well equipped with all the comforts of home, and featured nicely detailed decor. A very walkable area, and the hosts provided excellent suggestions for local restaurants, transportation, groceries, and other features. Checking in and out was also a breeze, and the hosts were great at communicating with us regarding our questions. Would definitely recommend!!!

The condo is very clean and well maintained and furnished. Although we’re not young and frisky, we were able to walk to all of the sites we wanted to visit and, if we had wanted a longer stay, we could have travelled further via rail, bus, or Uber to visit other more distant sites. Lots of good restaurants nearby. The friendly owner was available by phone for a couple of questions and helped us resolve a couple of small issues.

The Hip Flat is a cozy studio, the host even provides a basket of snacks. There was a small hiccup after I checked in and the host had the issue resolved quickly. Very convenient with restaurants and Whole Foods within walking distance.

LOCATION was fabulous! Great neighborhood with lot's of conveniences. We enjoyed our walks to the Space needle & museums. Easy to get to from the airport on Link, rented a car for our next adventure right across the street. Loved the ambiance of this studio and would return.
