The hotel as hole was clean, the house kippers was cleaning every day and towels were changed every day too. Food was tasty and diverse. The soups and cooked food were appreciated but the quality of some of the other products wasn't so good. Staff was friendly and polite! The pool was clean!

Food quality could be better! The free alcohol is lower quality too, but the pool bar was fine!

The staff was very nice, polite, funny and helpful. They answered all of our questions and assisted with everything we needed. The towels were changed everyday and the sleepwear almost everyday. The room had a nice setup with a big balcony.

The room didn't have much electrical sockets. In the bedroom we saw only one which was very high (for the air conditioner). The staff, despite being very helpful and polite, was not very professional. We had strange incidents with the food which won't be mentioned here but it was delicious most of the time.
