The hotels is nicely located, right on the beach and next to the centre. The buffet employees are very fast and careful when it comes to cleaning the tables and refilling the food trays.

The first big issue we had was the air conditioner. It was present in the room, but not functional. When turned on it just made a very loud noise and nothing else. We tried talking to the receptionist to get another room or at least to get it fixed as the heat in the room was 35 degrees. The lady told us she will speak to the manager, but for the next three days the problem was not solved so we had to inform them again that the air conditioner was not working. On the forth day the ac started to function again, but the air was not cold enough to cool the room even if it was turned on for hours. The wifi conection was terrible. From the room I couldn’t even detect the wifi network. The only space where the wifi worked was in the loby, and not even there you could send a photo properly or receive a message. I ended up buying internet mobile sim card because the wifi was unusable. The elevators were so old and rusty, they seemed like falling every time you would take them. Also they were very slow and loud. We used them only at check in and check out because of the big luggages. The bathroom was neither cleaned or sanitazed. You could clearly see that the wc was not even touched and the shelf under the mirror was absolutelly disgusting. As you can imagine no one cleaned the bathroom the entire week. The room was not cleaned even once during the entire stay. The only thing was taking the trash out (and that was only after few days) and literally trowing the blanket over the bed. The door had both a card and a normal lock. The normal lock was not working, so the cleaning lady burst in without any warning during one moring, and then left without a word. The food was not bad, but the only problem was the variaty, as you did not have much to choose from. For the breakfast there was the same thing everyday. I don’t recommend this hotel to picky eaters.

A beautiful hotel with spacious room, nice and friendly staff, delicious and diverse food. We were impressed with the way we were received. We announced that we are on our honeymoon so they prepared the best room for us with an amazing view of the sea, champagne and fruits, flowers and swans from the towels on the bed. Although we got very tired on the way, the atmosphere created in our room and the surprises we found made us relax to the fullest and enjoy our vacation. Thanks a lot!! We recommend this hotel with confidence !!!

The pool and its' bar. The location close to the beach. Every day the rooms were cleaned.

The room was outdated (furniture and bathroom).. Breakfast was generous but it didn't contain quality products.

Everybody were so warm and friendly! We love the food and the timing was excellent. So clean and fresh every day after the room attendants has cleaned. Really fast to reach the beach in no time !

The rooms was a bit smaller than we thought it’s gonna be and the bathroom also. When you travel and visit a hotel with kids you need space!

Only the location is nice, close to the beach and city center.

Pictures of the rooms are very different from the real situation. Airconditioning is barely working, in hot days is unbearavle to sleep. Floors are covered with old carpets that make the heat even more unbearable. Beds are very basic and old. Cleaning lady is coming once per day to only give toilet paper. There is no cleaning until you leave the room. Food is also basic, served on block table and almost the same every day. Free parking is always full and you have to park on a paid parking.

Very close to the beach. Plenty of tasty food for breakfast and dinner, and good choice of meals (especially for dinner). Great view on beach if You are on upper floors. Very good and clean pool, with pool bar. Water temperature in the pool was always around 30 degrees, pleasantly warm but not to hot.

Not enough room in restaurant - often you have to wait for free table. No internet in room(s), only in lobby (although not very good). Car parking in not big so cars usually have to be "stacked" close

Wi-Fi, almost inexistent

Very good localisation, close to the beach and nice view from the room, nice pool. Great dinner. Absolutely nice Ladies at the reception.

The roome was big & clean flat screen tv air conditioning very good. The pool was also very clean enough seats. The food was exceptional something else everyday 😋

The bathroom was small and needes to be repainted, they are claiming free parking but they only have a few spaces, very crowded and they offer alternatives at another parking which you have to pay for it! 10-15 leva 24hr

The lady from the reception was nice with us. Free private parking. Really close to the beach.

NOBODY wore a MASK! The restaurant was FULL WITH PEOPLE WITHOUT A MASK! Not a single person cared about this. Staff members did nothing about it! We were frightened even to pick up some water! It seemed to be the perfect place to get the new virus!
