The villa is perfect the added extra really helped to keep the children entertained. The cover to the swimming pool to help keep the children safe when you needed to. Beach was a 10 minute walk beautiful and quiet with a couple of restaurants on the seafront. Loads of restaurants nearby. Two large supermarkets, 10 minute walk away. Parks for the children convenience store just around the corner. Could get on the bus or the tram to go into Alicante which was so easy. Emilio And his lovely wife were so thoughtful with the extra added stuff for arrival. There was potatoes, eggs, beer, ice cream, toiletries, bin bags, they have thought of loads of stuff. They came in to check the pool to check we were happy, arriving with lollipops for the children. They couldn’t do enough for us. All of the bedlinen beach towels, extra blankets all smells so beautiful. We will definitely be going back here.

We were a family group of 8 comprising of 2 older members and 6 younger members. The split of the property was ideal as it gave each group their own individual spaces (bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living space). The property has every convenience you can think of, both practical day to day and for leisure activities. Emilio and his wife Marika were there to meet us and couldn't do enough to ensure our comfort and enjoyment. They came back every 2 days to clean the pool and the outside areas. They went over and above the service we've ever received from previous hosts giving us advice etc. They are also genuinely lovely people. Can't rate highly enough. Dave, Julie & Family.

The apartments were great, amazing air con which really helped in the hot weather. Rooms are spacious too. The facilities are great, I've never stayed in a place which was as entertaining for adults as well as children, football table, pool table, trampoline, bikes to use, children's cars & planes to play with, trolleys to carry shopping, high chair, cot, buggy even an outdoor play pen! I can't explain how lovely and helpful the hosts were. The motor in the pool broke (not a nuisance to us) and both hosts worked until it was fixed within hours. They couldn't do enough to make us feel welcome & comfortable. Emilio even gave us a lift to our following accomodation! Thank you for a lovely stay, we will definitely be back. 10 minutes walk to a local beach with snorkelling, sand and a beach bar.

Had a lovely holiday at this villa. The outside space/pool area was excellent. Additional extras like the pool table, trampoline and basketball hoop were brilliant for keeping the children entertained. Supermarket and beach within easy walking distance. Emilio and Murica were excellent hosts and made us feel very welcome. Would definitely holiday at this villa again.

Emilio and his wonderful wife were great, met us at the villa and booked our taxi home, the villa has everything you need for a family, and great pool and cooking facilities. Great location near the tram, bus and beaches. Lovely restaurants close by. Thank you for having us !

The house is old but Emilio and Maruja his wife, are keeping this charming home nice and neat, just a couple of block to the La playa de la Albufereta, and walking distance to bakeries, supermarkets and stores. Just few minutes to the center of the city. This home is full of entertaining, a nice pool for your relax after the busy day on explorations, many historical sites very close (Castle of Saint Barbara, Roman historical sites, etc) and centered right to get fast access to Benidorm, and many other cities around the Province, a short ride of 3 hours to Granada, Jaen etc. We love it!

Pasamos uno días fantásticos. La casa es tal cual se ve en las fotos. De los anfitriones que decir...impresionantes. desde la llegada y recibimiento, agua, cervezas, patatas, pasta, tomate, aceite , vinagre, sal, baños con todo, hasta cepillos de dientes, pasta, maquinillas de afeitar y muchos más detalles. Son encantadores y hacen q la estancia sea lo más agradable posible. Solucionan los pequeños problemas q pueden surgir rápidamente. Tanto en la hora de entrada como de salida no ponen ninguna pega, al revés, facilidades. Un alojamiento recomendable para pasar unas vacaciones en familia. Muchas gracias por todo

Estuvimos muy cómodos en el chalet y la estancia fue muy agradable.

La casa grande y cómoda. El anuncio refleja claramente la propiedad. Mención especial por la magnífica atención recibida por los anfitriones. Valorar especialmente la flexibilidad en los horarios de entrada y salida, no poniendo ningún problema a la hora de salir más tarde de lo anunciado. Valoración especial de los detalles de bienvenida, refrescos, agua, café, aceite y todo lo imprescindible para el aseo personal.... con estos detalles no es necesario salir de compras nada mas llegar. El punto más flojo es el estado de las bicicletas, que dejan un poco de desear, aunque ya se lo hemos comentado a los propietarios y estamos seguros que arreglarán este pequeño inconveniente, ya que están muy interesados en que pasemos unos buenos días en su propiedad Magnífica propiedad para pasar unos días en la playa

We spent an excellent week in this apartment. The house is well equippednand the outdoor space is amazing. The owners of the house are really friendly and helpful. Definitely coming back next year.

Merci à Emilio et à sa femme pour ce bel accueil et pour tous les services rendus. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés les courses de base étaient faites (dentifrice, coton, gel douche , sel, poivre, café, produits d'entretien...). La maison est spacieuse (nous étions neuf personnes) et très bien située.Finalement nous aurions pu venir en avion car la voiture n'était pas nécessaire étant donné qu'il y avait un tram à proximité permettant nos déplacements. Seul bémol, il faut prévoir du produit anti moustique pour le corps. En tout cas nous garderons un superbe souvenir de nos vacances et des propriétaire de la maison. Merci en core pour tout ce que vous avez fait pour nous.

Emilio and his wife Marika greeted us on our arrival from the airport and were always on hand to answer our needs should we require, either via telephone or through email - Emilio and Marika speak much clearer English than I do Spanish, which is very little and the translate facility helps greatly should any issue arise. They are both very welcoming and helpful indeed and Marika is continuing to improve her English. We stayed for a week and all our toiletry, washing and food basics/essentials were kindly covered on our entry to the villa which was very much appreciated and saved an immediate sprint to the local supermarkets. There are lots of good places to eat and drink in the area and the City of Alicante is a short tram ride away and only costs 10 euro in a taxi to return late at night. The beach is a 10 minute stroll away and San Juan is approximately 45 minutes on foot. I would recommend anyone to stay here, families or groups - we were a group of 8 celebrating a birthday and I would return with family in the future.

We had a wonderful week here in the villa the outside space is excellent, the inside a little dated but we really didnt spend much time indoors. The owners have thought of absolutely everything to ensure an easy relaxed comfortable stay. Nothing was too much trouble for Emillio and his wife, we visit Alicante twice a year to see family and wouldn't hesitate to use this villa again.

Emilio was very helpful and left a lot of food and beer for us, but please be aware that he has very little English. The pool was lovely. It had a removable cover and Emilio came to clean it every other day but we couldn't spend very long in it as in April it was only 22 degrees. It is not heated as advertised, although Emilio seemed to suggest that he might put heating in for next summer. It would be perfect in the summer without heating. All the other activities for the children were great, table football, pool, trampoline, balls and basketball hoop. The place is exactly like the pictures and YouTube videos.The beds were comfy. It was only a 10 minute walk to a small but lovely beach or a bus ride to Playa de San Juan with miles of sand plus restaurants. It was a short tram ride into Alicante itself which was well worth doing. All in all a very enjoyable stay.

This house was amazing. We've stayed in multiple HomeAway-rentals in Spain over the years, and this one has by far impressed us the most. It's perfect for larger families and very kid-friendly. The house really has everything you need for a wonderful holiday, and it's so charming and cozy! Emilio and his wife were so helpful and hospitable, and they really helped make our stay perfect. The beach is a short 10 minute walk away, and so are several large supermarkets, such as mercadona and lidl. Also very close by is the tram, from where you can get to the centre of Alicante. Emilio was very helpful in providing guidance for the tram. We would love to stay again for sure.

We were a family with three children (8, 5 and 4 months) travelling together with their grandparents. The two separate apartments provided the ideal place for us to stay together while still having our own space. The outdoors area was ideal for small children as there was ample shade at all times of the day. However, it is also set up so that there will also be areas in the sun at all times. The location is in a quiet residential area, but it is a very quick and easy trip to the city centre by tram. It is also easy to travel north up the coast by tram to benidorm, with the beach only a few minutes away too. The set up is lovely and feels like a real home from home. There was a play area with streets and an airport marked out, along with toy cars and planes which our 5 year old loved. And our 8 year old loved the foosball table and basketball hoop and balls. The pool was small but very good, being warm and the ability to easily close the pool was advantageous with small children. Emilio was a brilliant host and nothing was too much for him. While his English was limited (as is my Spanish!), he was able to understand us, and he provided so much to us at no extra charge, including : Bringing my parents on a short drive to familiarise them with the area on their arrival (they arrived before us), Providing a welcome pack on arrival at no charge, including food, beer, water and toiletries from toothbrush and toothpaste to razors, Driving my parents to the airport after our stay, Providing a cot and high chair for our baby, I would have no hesitation recommending the apartment which is spacious and full of things to do with a great outdoor area. And Emilio and his wife were the perfect hosts.

We rent Emilios house 1 week, me and My husband , our sons and wife. And our grandchild 8 month and 5 year . It was very good. Perfect for big family. Emilio and his wife so kindly, we dont miss anything in the house. Clean and a lot of space. For big family. Can recommend this place for all. 10 points of 10. We can rent the house again. Lovely.

Vi var 8 godt voksne damer som bodde i dette huset/chalet i 5 dager og hadde et strålende opphold. Vertskapet var utrolig hyggelige med en fantastisk service for oss. Uansett hva vi ønsket kunne de hjelpe oss. De hadde også kjøpt inn vann og masse frukt som smakte herlig ankomsdagen. Huset og stedet kan absolutt anbefales!

Vi var 5 vuxna och 2 barn (5,5 och 1,5 år gamla) och vi hyrde huset i 10 dagar. Huset var rent och bra och det var nära till affär, stranden och buss/spårvagn, Vi åkte spårvagnen till Alicante och det fungerade mkt bra. Gården med många sittplatser, utekök och inte minst poolen uppskattades av både vuxna och barn Värden Emilio och hans fru var vänliga o måna om att vi skulle trivas. Dessutom fanns det toapapper, schampo, tvål, vatten, dricka, kaffe, ägg mm i huset när vi kom - mkt bra Åker gärna hit igen.

We, 6 adults and 3 children, just had a wonderful Holiday in this cozy villa. The villa is fully equipped with everything you may need. we arrived after midnight, which was no problem. Emilio was waiting to greet us. He kindly provided us with a nice welcome package, which we appreciated very much.. we enjoyed the outdoor kitchen, and lots of garden furniture. The swimmingpool great and the trampoline was very much used by the children.. With 4 adults and 4 children (9,6,2 and a 10 month old baby) we spent a week at the house and enjoyed ourselves a lot. The weather let us down for part of the trip (meaning rain and around 18 degrees for 3 days - the rest of the week around 24 and either sunny or partially cloudy) but on the whole we had a thoroughly enjoyable stay. The house is clean, well looked after and very well equipped with pretty much everything you could need. The friendly welcome pack can see you through the first few days and Emilio was always helpful and on hand. I would definitely recommend Emilio's place to anybody.

We, five elderly couples from Sweden, spent nine days in this spacious house. Everything worked perfectly and the service we got from Emilio was 100% !!! Also easy access to Alicante centre. Thanks!

Vi var 7 vuxna som bodde här i en vecka. Huset ligger ca 10 minuter från Alicante med buss eller spårvagn, lätt att åka och de går ofta. Huset mycket rent och snyggt, stranden fin. Emilio med fru var väldigt lätta att komma i kontakt med och mycket tillmötesgående. Det fanns toapapper, schampo, vatten, kryddor, olja, kaffe, ägg, grillkol i huset när vi kom och det uppskattades. Hit kan vi åka flera gånger.

He pasado unos días con mi familia, y en principio y me encanto la atención y la amabilidad dé Emilio el dueño y al entrar a la casa me encanto ver lo espaciosa limpia y luminosa que es aparte de los detalles que tubo de bienvenida que eso no se lo espera nadie por qué eso no es muy común parecía un hotel 5 estrellas jejje buenos es un decir por lo cómoda que me sentí me faltaron días para conocer Alicante xq es difícil no entretenerse en la casa, gracias por todo espero volver pronto

Location au-delà de nos espėrances : Les lieux sont très très propres et fonctionnels. Tout a été pensé pour que les locataires ne manquent de rien et se sentent chez eux. We stayed in the house for 14 days. 6 adults and 3 children and the house suited our needs perfectly. There are several activities you can enjoy in the house. The pool is nice and clean and can be covered for the childrens safety. The beach is just a short walk from the house. There are nearby grocery shops. You have easy acces to transport to the center of Alicante. Emilio and his wife are incredible hosts. They waited for us with a fantastic meal when we arrived and the fridge was filled with cold drinks. Emilio was easy to get in touch with- both before and during our stay. Due to an emergency I had to go back to Denmark for a few days. Emilio was very helpful in this situation and drove me to the airport at 5 o' clock in the morning. We had a great time and we highly recommend staying in this house.
