The house is large, comfortable, and very clean. Although we were a large group, there was plenty of space so we didn't feel on top of each other. Andrea and Arnie put a lot of effort into helping us feel at home, and were quick to reply to any questions we had. We had a really great time and would happily book again in future. Thank you!

Very impressed with the house and facilities. Range of bedroom sizes and layouts. Lovely bright and well stocked kitchen/diner. Lots of nice ‘extra’ touches, welcome pack, toys for children, paddling pool etc. Would highly recommend.

A lovely place to stay for a family celebration weekend. The house was very comfortable and everyone felt at home. The accommodation was perfect for a group of 9 including children who loved the garden and the hut. They all enjoyed the air hockey, croquet and paddling pool. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. The cheery message on the kitchen blackboard was very thoughtful and made us feel very welcome.

This was perfect for 9 female friends for our annual weekend away. The kitchen/diner/lounge areas were all plenty big enough to accommodate us all at the same time (sometimes it can be a squeeze) and the drive is big enough for 4 cars - another thing that can sometimes be an issue. Lots to do locally either on foot or by car. We appreciated the welcoming touches too. No hesitation in recommending.

Property was clean and tidy in a quiet location. Ideal for our first holiday away with young grandchildren. Eight adults, two toddlers and two large dogs in our party. Kitchen had capacity for us all at meal times. Warm and cosy against the storm raging outside. Beds comfortable but struggled to find chairs or sofas that gave good back support. Lots of thoughtful touches from the welcome pack to tree and decorations. Hosts responsive and provided helpful information. Highly recommended.

We booked this house for a two night stay for a 50th Wedding Anniversary, 10 of us, plus dogs. Three generations, aged from 10 years old to 86 years old and it was perfect for all of us.
The house was well appointed, the kitchen was superbly stocked, and the house was spotless. The welcome hamper was a lovely touch and impressed everyone.

Such a fabulous few days in the house, the house is just beautiful and has everything you could want and more. Location is great, you will need your car to get to places including the beach but that wasn’t a problem. Had a bbq, played games, watched the village cricket team so a fab time had by all.

The house is beautiful. We had a family of 6 adults plus our dog for a pre Christmas break and there was plenty of room. Nice secure garden for the dog. The owners of the property couldn’t have been more helpful and we loved the welcome hamper.

Outstanding
From start to finish Andrea and Arnie could do not do enough. From setting out the rooms exactly as we needed to checking in and providing all the information we could ever need.
This home is so child and baby friendly. The cleanliness of this home is outstanding ! Not a spec of dust in sight and felt so safe for the little ones. From toys left out, colouring activities and a whole games room to keep them occupied we really couldn't ask for anything more it was so good we didn't want to leave to explore near by.
The thoughtful touches really set them apart, from the note left on the blackboard in the kitchen, to the basket of items left, we felt so welcome. The fresh mile in the fridge after a long journey was very well appreciated!
We would love to come and stay again and would recommend to everyone!

Andrea and Arnie's place was perfect for our family group. The property is spacious, very well resourced and cared for. The extra touches such as stair gates and children's toys, garden games, cots, cutlery and highchairs made staying there convenient and relaxed.

We had a lovely week staying here. We stayed for my parents wedding anniversary with myself and my sister (and families). The house worked very well for us. There were many things that made this a particularly good house - but the main ones for me were:
- very well equipped. The kitchen had everything you could need and more with many plates/serving bowls/pans etc. The garden had play things and paddling pools, plenty of chairs and tables and loungers.
- very responsive hosts. For example there was a very minor broken item that was replaced immediately.
- lovely welcome note and basket.

Cornerstones was exactly what we needed for a weekend away for a wedding which was in the local area. We liked the walk into Chichester Harbour and Dell Quay - beautiful scenery. The house had everything we needed and the weather was amazing so we were able to make the most of the garden. The perfect place for a family get-together
It was our first time together as a family for over a year, and Cornerstones was an ideal venue: excellent outdoor space, cosy indoors and well equipped with everything you could want. The marina, with a cafe and a bar/restaurant, is an easy walk away, and it is a short drive to several beaches. Andrea and Arnie were excellent hosts: communication before our visit was very good, and their welcome pack of goodies was an added bonus. We would gladly come again. Thank you.

A break at last!!
A much delayed family break at this lovely house. Located in the small village of Birdham, we were a ten minute drive from the excellent beach at West Wittering. The house is perfect for all ages and the owners, Andrea and Arnie are super hosts. We would highly recommend this property.

Wonderful house
We had a beautiful week in Birdham and spent a lot of time at the house as it was so lovely. Bbq, paddling pool for the little ones, family breakfasts and dinners, and time spent locally on walks and bike rides. The house had everything we needed and was so homely. Thanks to Andrea and Arnie for a warm welcome, delicious hamper and assistance as needed during our stay. Thoroughly enjoyed the local area: Birdham pool, Chichester harbour, Itchenor and beautiful beach at West Wittering. We will definitely return.
