I enjoyed the massage chair and appreciated how clean, tidy, and well-equipped the property was with women's amenities.
What I didn't like the most was when they transferred me to the upper floor on my last day. They didn't consider that I had a large luggage to carry up the stairs since they didn't have an elevator. Additionally, the disappointing part was that they threw away my personal towel. They had informed me that I could use the assigned locker, but they didn't communicate with their cleaning staff that there were already items belonging to the next guest inside. I was confused as to why they disposed of my personal towel but left my laptop in the locker. If they wanted me to rent their towel, they could have simply informed me instead of throwing away mine.

It was my first experience in a CABIN style accomodation, but it has exceeded all my expectations. Superb location, close to every sights and absolutely comfortable bed to sleep. Free parking, english speaking staff, fantastic stay.

Clean facilities, great location. Short walk to the Mt Fuji cultural heritage centre and many cafes/restaurants around.
For couples using the mixed dorm on the ground level, the males need to go to level 3 to use the showers and restrooms. The females using the mixed dorm do not have access to the washing machines and fridges as they are in the men's only lounge area.

Els llits són habitacions individuals molt amplies. Segurament, dels millors hostels que he estat.
S’ha de pujar al 3r pis si ets home per anar al WC i dutxa.

Everything is so good. The cleanliness, location, comfortable environment are very excellent with a reasonable price.

Staff was really kind, my room was very spacious for a capsule hotel, it was very modern, very clean and on the day I stayed it was really quiet.

the location was amazingly close to the Jr

This is one of the best hostels that I have ever stayed in. The common room in the women's dorm is well set out for people to eat, relax, recover from the day. The bathroom facilities were spotless. The dorm is set up to be very quiet. It was brilliant!
The dim lighting at my bed. I have poor eyesight and need more light.

Beds are comfortable, pods are well furnished with USB charging and power points. Shared shower facilities are spotlessly clean. There are a number of convenient places to eat in the area.

The staff are quite friendly and helpful. One lady at the reception desk was very patient and thorough in listening and addressing my questions. The place itself is quite clean and the rooms are very well-maintained.
The bed was somewhat a bit too firm for my liking.

Its my second time here and they improved a bit from last year. Its a clean and comfy place, even though its a dormitory/capsule kinda spot it’s still very comfortable and spacious. Clean facilities, showers and toilets and free drinks.
Staff was welcoming and bicycle inside is a huge bonus plus I got a little welcoming back gift
They lower the music a bit in the evening. I personally think there’s no need for music upstairs though

This is a capsule hotel with amenities and more space.
The capsule “rooms” are small, thus “capsule” but reasonably comfortable.
Rooms include TV, headphones, USB ports, tissues, trash receptacles and radio.
Friendly staff, brought luggage up (no lift)
Very clean, modern building. That can be good or bad. At first, it felt a bit sterile, not a youth hostel vibe. You might even want that. I enjoy talking to people from all over. Most travelers do as well and will be easy to talk to and friendly. This place was great for that and I had some late night discussions with two other guys. Also a European couple.
Common space on 2nd floor was large and comfortable with plenty of relaxing options.
Also had a lot of study/work stations along one wall.
Free massage chair! Ooooooh!
Free coffee and tea from machine
Strong WiFi
Good views of Mt. Fuji from window on landing between 2nd and 3rd floor
Above average amenities in men’s bathroom
Modern, clean showers with amenities. Never had to wait. Plenty of hot water.
Separate men’s and women’s bathrooms. Large and spacious.
Fully carpeted living spaces
Bike rental 100 yen per hour!
Some interesting books and pamphlets on 1st floor.
Sunday full body dry massage! (no oil, fully clothed)
30 minutes/1000 yen
60 minutes/2000 yen
Medium size lockers with key on 1st floor
Nothing much. Mostly everything was top notch. We really enjoyed our stay here and especially appreciated access to the bikes. Such a fun, easy and healthy way to get around.
But...
At check-in, we noticed signage regarding other items available upon request.
I requested an extra comforter and pillow, two items on the list. Having some experience with such places, I’d rather be too warm than too cold.
They never showed up to my room. That night I was really cold, so I went into the common area and found 3 very small blankets to use. It seems they keep the air conditioner going all night.
The next day, when the house cleaning staff was near, I asked for a comforter and pillow. It took a while for them to understand my request, but eventually they brought a comforter. No pillow.
The lighting is dim in hallways, but decent in the common areas. I had wished the bathroom sink areas were brighter.
Around 6:30 am, 4 Chinese tourists were very loud and inconsiderate of others still trying to sleep.
Cameras everywhere. I felt I was being spied upon.
No men’s toilet on the 2nd floor! You have to walk up two flights of stairs to use the 3rd floor men’s bathroom. Lots of walking in this fairly large building late at night, just to go pee. Why, oh why didn’t the architects/builder put a men’s toilet on the 2nd floor? Even just a urinal would have been much better. There is so much room available for one. Even what you might call wasted space. Not good. Big mistake. The 3rd floor is the “men’s floor”, so I can understand the mens bathroom located there, but the 2nd floor is both the women’s floor, with women’s bathroom, naturally, and Mixed Dorm. Mixed dorms are almost always 75% or more, male populated. It could have been just a single-stall toilet. Would have been a big help. Dumb move.
Once you open the curtain to your room, you have maybe one foot of space! It could be less. Your bed is right there. So, no place to put luggage, unless it sticks out into the...

The rooms are very big and comfortable, almost as a private room
I ve never stayed in such a high quality hostel
There arent many lounges or places to socialise and make friends

This might as well be one of my best hotel experiences so far! (which include a lot of 5-star hotels). I really like the restful ambience of the dorms, the privacy, love all the facilities in the common rooms (including working stations, the amazing massage chair!, the coffee/tea machines), as well as the shared bathroom and toilet area that honestly feel like a spa with the dressing tables etc. Every corner was squeaky clean and felt new. The place is a walking distance from Fujinomiya Station and the bus station from which you can go to Shiraito Falls, Lake Tanuki, Asagiri Highland, Kawaguchiko, etc.
If you carry heavy luggage, prepare to carry them up the stairs because the place has no elevator. The hostel only has 2 or perhaps 3 floors, though, so shouldn't be a lot of problems. They have lockers but big luggage won't fit, so you have to carry it to your bed. It wasn't an issue for us because the place was mostly vacant when we went there, so my friend just spread her luggage on the floor in front of her bed. Also, they have bigger rooms that have more space. One lady snored so loudly during the whole 2 nights we were there. Issue was solved when I used the headphone they prepare on each bed to cancel the noise.

The hostel is incredibile!
Staff is super friendly, helpful and there is always someone who can speak in English.
They helped me making the hitchhike sign and the day after Hiroki took my friend and I to the parking area!
The common area is great, with tea/coffee machine, water, there is a little bread toaster and a microwave! There is also a massage chair which was just amazing!
Very cleaned, well organised and well located!
Thank you so much guys!
Thank you again Hiroki for being so kind! You brought us luck! ☺☺
Maybe putting some plate/cutlery for those who want to eat at the hostel?!
