Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt. Die Altstadt von Colmar ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Wohnung bietet ausreichend Platz für vier Personen. Es gibt zwei Schlafzimmer und zusätzlich noch eine Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer. Ein Schlafzimmer besitzt einen eigenen Balkon und vom Wohnzimmer aus geht der 2. sehr großer Balkon ab. Die Aussicht aus dem 11. Stock ist hervorragend. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet und die Beschreibung top. An- und Abreise war absolut problemlos. Im Nebengebäude befindet sich eine hervorragende Bäckerei. Absolut zu empfehlen! Ein klitzekleiner Wermutstropfen war lediglich, dass man sich zu zweit eine Bettdecke teilt. Wobei auch hier der Gastgeber bestimmt eine Lösung gefunden hätte, wenn wir ihn gefragt hätten. Er war während des gesamten Aufenthalts für uns als Ansprechpartner da und die Kommunikation war hervorragend! Das vorhandene Internet hat super funktioniert. In der Küche gab es sogar eine Auswahl an verschiedenen Teesorten. Zudem war Kaffee, Milch,Orangensaft, Wasser, verschiedene Öle und Gewürze ebenfalls vorhanden. Wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und bedanken uns bei dem Gastgeber für diesen tollen Aufenthalt!

Für Aktivitäten rund um Colmar sehr guter Ausgangspunkt. Die Altstadt von Colmar ist in 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Aussicht ist genial, inklusive der Sonnenuntergänge. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht.

Belle propriété, très propre, facile d’accès, bien fréquentée, parking dans la résidence, commerces à proximité très important ! Nous sommes très satisfaits.

Nous avons séjourné à Colmar pendant la canicule. Le propriétaire a eu l'excellente idée de mettre des ventilateurs à disposition car il faisait très chaud. L'appartement a une vue magnifique. Nous avons eu le plaisir de prendre nos petit-déjeuner sur la terrasse donnant vue sur Colmar, ses environs et les Vosges. Côté tourisme, tous les prospectus vous permettent de découvrir tout type d'activités. Par ailleurs la facilité de stationnement est un vrai plus. Merci à Dominique pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité.

Die Wohnung hat unsere Erwartungen deutlich übertroffen. Alles war gut durchdacht und hervorragend vorbereitet, so dass auch unsere Anreise am späteren Abend völlig problemlos war. Das Haus befindet sich in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand, die Wohnung ist für vier Personen gut und zweckgemäß eingerichtet. Der Blick aus den Fenstern ist einfach umwerfend. Die Altstadt von Colmar ist fußläufig sehr gut erreichbar. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir wären gerne noch länger geblieben. Vielen Dank!

First of all, although we (sadly) did not get to meet the host, she could not have been more welcoming and well prepared in making arrival super easy. The views from the flat were fantastic, it was a lovely walk to the center of town and there were great bakeries just down the road. The apartment itself was immaculate, spacious and comfortable. We're already hoping to go back soon!

We just came home from a very satisfied stay at Dominique's apartment. walking distance from the old town, and a perfect point to start our daily drives and visits all around this beautiful part of France. we relay enjoy this vacation!

This is one of the nicest places we have rented. The location and parking were excellent. The view from the 11th floor balconies was even better than the pictures. The entire apartment is well equipped and comfortable. Even my 83 year old sister-in-law was overwhelmed by the quality of the apartment. We would highly recommend this apartment to all. A bonus was all of the information provided by the owner and the easy check-in.

Nous avons apprécié cet espace confortable ou l'on se sent vite chez soi. Situé proche du centre et en étage élevé pour une vue qui doit être magnifique en été. Bon rapport qualité prix . Famille Charmoille

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Der Ausblick über Colmar war berauschend. Die Altstadt mit den Weihnachtsmärkten war schnell und gut zu erreichen. Gerne sind wir immer wieder "nach Hause" gekommen um uns nach unseren Ausflügen wieder zu erholen. Der Vermieter hat für alles vorgesorgt. Viele Anregungen für weitere Ausflüge und für das leibliche Wohl (Kaffee, Milch, O-Saft etc) haben wir vorgefunden. Danke Dominique! Wir drohen mit Wiederholung in der Ferienwohnung!

Conveniently located near food and liquor outlets and within a 15 minute walk to the town centre. We loved the deck that overlooked Colmar and nearby mountain range. I thoroughly recommend this property to 2 couples.

From the time we booked the apartment in February until we arrived in July, Dominique was in touch with us regarding things to do, places to eat, and where to shop. There is a discount grocery store located next to the building as well as a bakery within half a block. There's a large grocery store within 3 blocks as well as many restaurants close by. We can't say enough good about the apartment and Dominique. We plan to stay here again in the future.

Sehr gut gelegene Ferienwohnung, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, gemütlich und mit allen notwendigen Funktionen. Herrlicher Blick auf die Stadt und die Vogesen. Das moderne Hochhaus ist gepflegt und bietet einen Kontrast zu den pittoresken Dorf- und Stadtkernen der Region. Wir haben als Familie eine sehr schöne Woche mit unseren 2 Kindern dort verbracht und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Kontakt mit dem Vermieter ist sehr nett, hilfreich und unkompliziert. Durch die große Straßenkreuzung ist es trotz der Lage im 11.Stock allerdings nicht eine völlig ruhige Wohnung.

It was easy to find and with the free parking it is an exceptional bargain. It is in easy walking distance to the old city of Colmar which is an incredible place to visit filled with myriad restaurants and places of interest! We were there to do some genealogical research of local villages and they were only a few miles away which made this the ideal place to stay and venture out from. Dominique put us in touch with local genealogists and historians who met with us while we were in Alsace and treated us to amazing tours and information! As my wife has said the entire trip was a magical experience for her and she got in touch with her family roots in Amerschwihr and Guebwiller and found out so much more about her local roots! We would highly recommend this apartment if you are looking to stay in Colmar! Although we never got to meet Dominique in person we exchanged many emails and found her to be most helpful. It felt as though she was personally invested in our search in Alsace and she did everything in her power to make sure we had an awesome experience!
