This was truly a wonderful San José del Cabo vacation. The spacious apartment is directly overlooking the beach. We slept with open balcony doors to listen to the waves and woke up to a fantastic view of the sun rise directly from our bed. Breakfast on the balcony a dream. We enjoyed the pools and hot tub after long beach walks. The easy drive to the old pretty San José city center by car gave a so many delicious dinner options. La Comer supermarket is also only minutes away. We watched turtles hatch on the beach in front of the building complex. With a little caution swimming was fabulous. The apartment was very comfortable with 4 people. Big coach made lounging with everyone possible. We combined the seats and hung out all together on the balcony. Washer and dryer is a big plus. Full kitchen has everything you will need to prep your own meals. Plenty of towels for both bathrooms and the pool. Very quiet and calm environment on the whole property, exactly what we need to decompress and relax. Some of our family used the gym and worked out daily. What a wonderful Christmas we had in this condo. Thank you for sharing your vacation rental. We hope to be back soon.

We had a very relaxing vacation in San Jose del Cabo staying at the Mykonos Bay Resort. The resort sits right on the beach and is very quiet. You can either relax by the pools or walk right on the beach for a walk or to hang out. The condo has wonderful views of the ocean and we could watch the sunrise from our balcony every morning. The condo was clean, however we felt the bath towels could use an upgrade plus have an extra hand towel instead of just one. There was also only 1 extra toilet paper roll per bathroom and we ran out of paper towels (no extras). The salt and pepper shakers were empty as well. These are minor details, but would be helpful for the next guests. Thank you for letting us stay in your condo and will look for availability if and when we visit Cabo again! 😊

We could not have been more pleased! The property was lovely with beautiful ocean views. It had everything we needed for a home away from home. The owner and property manager were extremely accommodating and responsive. We loved just sitting on the beautiful balcony listening to the ocean waves. The beach was just a few steps away. Honestly, it was perfect!

Mykonos is a beautiful property and Roger's condo offered very comfortable accommodations with a stunning view. The location is perfect for families that surf and steps away from Zippers. Beds and linens were comfortable and our family of 4 loved every second of vacation. The Mykonos property is incredibly maintained with plumeria surrounding the walkways to the 3 pools. Can't wait to visit again!

I have stayed in the SJD arear many times over the last 20 years, this is one of the best rental locations .

Mykonos is very well kept and clean. Very safe and secure. Upon arrival our unit had no water, after unanswered phone calls, we had to bother other residents. Never did see or find the main office. Several things need to be replaced and repaired in 204 A. Beautiful sunrises...loud waves...very low key, quiet residential complex.

We loved this property, and can not wait to come back!! Everything was perfect and so beautiful!

The Evolve staff were amazing, hats off to Male and her local Team in Cabo ! The Colorado Team were also terrific , I had a few queries early on all of which quickly answered , setting the scene for a relaxing stay . Truly 5 Star service. The location was fabulous on all counts, very peaceful and secure. We knew from the pictures that the unit was "well loved " but were somewhat disappointed in the condition and or absence of kitchen utensils and that the dishwasher left residue on the dishes and cutlery resulting in hand washing. More serving dishes including small bowls would be helpful .... might be time to consider replacing the blinds in the master, they do look water stained and the pull on the left blind was broken when we arrived. More coat hangers too would be welcome . Totally understand the requirement not to hang anything out to dry on the decks but it would be helpful to have a collapsible drying rack that could be put in the shower or laundry room to avoid hanging wet clothes from door and cupboard knobs .

This rental in a beautiful, small, quiet complex is a wonderful place to stay. Enough room for four adults to comfortably stay together for a week with beautiful views of the ocean from the kitchen living room and main bedroom. Both bedrooms were large and the beds were very comfortable. The condo was Christine Lee clean and adequately equipped in the kitchen to cook meals. Being right on the beach for those amazing sunrises is a definite perk of this unit. The pool the hot tub and the barbecue area are wonderfully maintained and just steps from the beach. The grocery store is about a 30 minute walk down the beach and in the other direction about a 15 minute walk to a local restaurant that is fabulous. Close to Cabo San Lucas and San Jose Del Cabo this unit is perfectly situated between the two cities to be in a quiet location but close to everything. We would definitely stay here again!

We have stayed at Mikonos Bay Resort many times in the past. The resort is beautiful and very well maintained. The staff is very active and very detail oriented. The beach can’t be any better. Unit 204 has a great location with 180 degree views! Furnishings were great, king beds were very comfortable. I know that we would definitely rent this unit again. We found that the property managers were excellent and very responsive. Mykonos is the best place for a Los Cabos vacation!

We loved our stay at this property! Views were stunning, rooms were spacious. The location is great, close to grocery stores, airport and downtown San Jose del Cabo. The property felt very safe with a guard at the gate and I saw them walking the property often. The beach is amazing and no one was on it while we were there. Our only minor complaint was that the floors seemed like they could have been mopped a little better, but it is right on the beach so I’m sure that has something to do with it. We would rent this unit again!

Well we rented the second floor condo overlooking the ocean and the views are just beautiful. Everything you read is just as it is. The place had almost everything you needed from spices too cooking oil. We contributed to the the condo alsoThe bad reviews are I can't explain we had no complaint's. We had one little problem but the resort manager Blanca took care of it as soon as I let her know what was wrong. The living room air wasn't working and Blanca had it fixed the next day. The proximity to the big stores are just down the road and you can buy everthing you need. Take a Urber to downtown or anywhere want to go for almost nothing. The two bedroom two bath is great. Will stay there again. Going again soon. The pools were also nice and clean. Front gate guys were at the gate all the time so it gave you the feeling of being secure too. The only reason I gave it a 4 star is because I had set it up to check out at 12:00 and looked out the window and the lady was standing there and asked if could help her and she said she was there to clean. I told her I had made arrangements to check out a little later. She was rude and said she had things to do and places to go. So we let her in and packed up and left our stuff at the front office and the two people working in there were so nice.

Very nice stay. Loved the beach - super wide and uncrowded. It is a short walk to the zippers surf break. Pool was also nice.

I’ve been coming to Cabo for 30 years and have stayed in luxurious properties. This property ranks close to the top. The condo is small but it has been completely renovated. It was perfect for my wife and I and grandson.

Our condo was perfect in every way. The bed was large and luxurious. We were on the second floor so no need to wait for an elevator. The grounds were beautifully kept and the security awesome. The workout gym was a nice surprise. The pools and hot tub were just what we wanted.

This condo is located on the end and you get spectacular views of the ocean, and the surfers down the beach are fun to watch. There are ample towels and the kitchen has everything you need. The condo is just as listed, beautiful, clean, comfortable, and cozy. The beds were comfortable which is important to us. It was overall great.

We feel very lucky to have found this beautiful San Jose del Cabo property. The location is wonderful for surfers. If you're not into nice waves, then you can swim and cool off in one of the Mykonos' three pools - or unwind in the hot tub. There are also nearby public swimming beaches which are family-friendly. Photos do not do the property justice. You are watching the local surfers from the kitchen as you clean up or prepare some food (or Marg's) or watching the sunrise from the Master Bedroom. We also loved being able to grill and listen to the waves. It is a very clean property. In the unit and on the grounds. One of the nice features is excellent security (although the area feels very safe without it). Additionally, there are two outstanding grocery stores within a couple of minutes. Easy location to get to from the airport and nearby other stores and restaurants in downtown San Jose del Cabo. We have visited the Cabo area many times and this was by far the best home rental unit we have been able to enjoy. We prefer a more relaxing clean location and this home really delivers. But, you can still get some excitement in by walking out the door and jumping into the warm waters of the Sea of Cortez. We are very grateful to the owner making this unit available for clean, responsible guests. If you are considering a vacation to the Cabo area - this property would get our highest level of recommendation. Fantastic property! Hoping to stay there again soon.

The property is well managed with a courteous staff monitoring grounds day and night. The view was spectacular with sunrises/sunsets that won't disappoint. The condo itself needed a good cleaning. The floors were quite dirty evidenced by the bottoms of our feet. The master shower floor also was in need of a good cleaning. The outside kitchen cabinetry also needs an overall wash down. It wouldn't stop me from rebooking, but for the price we paid we were disappointed and would ask it to be cleaned better in the future.

This was our third trip t SJDC and our first stay at Mykonos. We will choose to return to Mykonos for its beauty and charm.

Leave the blinds open to watch the sunrise. Beautiful guarded property. Quick Uber rides to restaurants and grocery nearby. Wide expanse of beach in front. Not crowded. 3 pools to choose from. Nice palm shade when wanted. I would stay here every year.

Super view, very private & quiet!

This unit was great to include lots of beautiful ocean views and bright sunlight. It can't be any closer to the beach. The listing was very accurate. Door code did not work initially but the property management contact was very responsive and we were able to get in quickly. The fitness center is much better than other places we have stayed which we loved. Walking on the highway to places isn't great but you can always walk on the beach. Ubers are plentiful and very cost efficient to go anywhere. Wish we could take this unit to other areas of Mexico we have been.

Good location away from crowds

This was our 7th visit to Cabo; we've stayed at some of the nicest resorts, but this condo tops them all! The views are incredible and even better than the pictures! The resort setting is incredibly quiet, peaceful, and safe. This is the perfect setting for rest and relaxation. It is a true haven. The condo reflects pride of ownership. Everything is recently renovated and is fresh and clean! There is a nice binder with great information about the place and the surrounding area. And the owners followed up during our stay to ensure everything was top notch. All desired amenities were available to us, we had groceries delivered to our place, enjoyed the restaurants in walking distance, and also took a taxi to some other locations. We plan to return and could not give a higher recommendation for this place!
