The home had a mountain rustic feel yet provided all the comforts of home.

It was the prefect house for a big family. Adults and kids enjoyed everything about the house. Big back yard, game room and enough room for everyone to have fun!

My Husband and I stayed here with our children and their families. The house was great! There was lots of room for all of us, with plenty of comfy beds. The game room, with the pool table and other fun things, plus the awesome fireplace, was the perfect gathering place. We spent our evenings hanging out there together! The kitchen was nicely stocked and the coffee bar was great! The owner was quick to respond when we had any questions. We would love to stay again!

This house was exactly what we expected from the online listing. My husband and I took our teen daughter, and our two grown children and their families and all stayed together. There was plenty of room for all of us and we had such a great time hanging out in the game room! The yard was fantastic for the kids and the dogs… we all enjoyed the snow!! There were plenty of towels and blankets and the kitchen was nicely stocked with everything we needed. Communication with the owner was easy and pleasant We would love to stay here again!

Had a great time over the Holidays with family! Especially happy that I was able to brig my dog and felt very comfortable with him there. The owner communicated with us from the moment we booked. Everything was great! I highly recommend and would love to come back soon!

This was a great house for a family vacation right before Christmas. The pool table was a big hit with everyone, the large dining room table let us all eat together, and getting to use the attached garage was a nice bonus too. The owners were very responsive and even decorated the house for Christmas.

We didn’t stay! We didn’t feel safe in the neighborhood. The house photos grossly misrepresented the actual house.

We totally enjoyed the back patio and game room. The fenced yard for the dogs was really nice.

We rented this home for a week to escape the heat from Phoenix. This home had everything we needed. My kids spent so much time in the game room playing pool, darts, and enjoying the old school golf arcade machine. They have plenty of board games too. The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to easily cook all our meals. I enjoyed having extra spices and coking oils. We had plenty of toilet paper and paper towels. How nice they even had laundry supplies for us. The front patio and back patio were a hit. All of us enjoyed reading, talking, and even putting together a puzzle on the patios. I did leave the puzzle for the next guest to enjoy (sorry it’s missing two pieces). Our dogs were in puppy heaven in the spacious backyard. We even had pick up bags provided for their messes. The coffee bar was amazing. There is a beautiful hiking trail 1/2 mile walk from there house that we went to almost everyday. A cute antique shop is down the road. The neighbors are super nice. Mark, the owner, is super responsive and very accommodating. You will not regret booking this home. We definitely will in the future.

This was our first time renting a house, I must say it was a great experience. Everything you could possibly need is there for you. House is bigger than it looks online. Fenced yard for the dog is a huge plus! Loved our stay, thank you!!

Plenty of room for the dogs in the grass backyard. They loved it! Plenty of room for our two families to spread out and relax. Mark was easy to communicate with. We look forward to coming back.

My wife and I spent the week at this beautiful property and enjoyed every minute. The fenced in backyard was great for our dogs and the grass was a huge plus! The yard was bigger than expected and was like our own personal park! The owner was great to work with and we hope to stay again soon! Thank you so much!

One of our favorite places to stay, period. Perfect place for a ski trip with friends or family. Mark was a great host, incredibly helpful. Would recommend 100%, and we’ll be back soon!

We loved this place. The added extras were nice as well. The rooms were nice and roomy for the kids, the backyard wS sizes le enough to have a snowman building competition. The driveway was snowed in but a snow shovel was provided. They also had 3 sleds that we used for sledding fun in the snow. The kitchen is well stocked. Coffee maker and Kurieg are on site. A game room with a gas fireplace, pool table and old school golf arcade game were great entertainment. Check in & check out was super easy. The only thing winter travelers may need to know is the road up to the house isn’t well paved so the snow and ice could potentially be an issue getting in and out of the driveway. Nothing the owner can do about that but just something to be aware of. Great experience. Would definitely recommend.

The property was exactly as described. I think its great that they allow dogs, my good boy had a ball! Plenty of room to stretch out both in and outside. The game room was quite popular with all ages. Would definitely stay again!

We needed a quiet, 2 week stay, and this was a lovely spot for exactly that. It was certainly more house than we needed (we never even used the upstairs! ) or the family room. The deck is the perfect spot in the afternoons to sit and listen to the wind move thru the trees. We did experience a power outage of a couple hours one afternoon, and had I not brought a Yankee jar candle, we would have been in the dark. I had also brought a small flashlight to take the dogs out in the evening. Had I not brought those items, we would have been in the dark. I would recommend that they furnish some candles and flashlights as I would imagine losing power happens frequently, especially during monsoon season. The home is in a pretty quiet neighborhood~however the neighborhood bordering behind the house has quite a few dogs that tend to bark quite a bit in the afternoons~maybe provoked by thunderstorms! and we wished their owners had been a bit more diligent as we were to keep them quiet. But all in all, we had a nice stay.

We did have to coordinate a bit with showers, dishwasher, laundry so as not to run out of hot water but that was a minor inconvenience.

We did lots of cooking and had all the kitchen items we needed including a blender, crockpot, wok, electric skillet, several types of coffee/espresso makers, etc. If you do eat out, we highly recommend Mr. Zeke’s! We did have to strategize a bit when coordinating showers, dishwasher, laundry so as not to run out of hot water, but that was a minor inconvenience.

The property was clean , a lot of extras , to make it convenient , and cozy, we stayed in probably the hottest weekend of the year . A little warm at night for sleeping especially up stairs , but other than that very enjoyable, definitely, worth doing again
