Cathy is an amazing host!! My partner and I were checking out the city before our move to Indy in August. Not only was the home perfect, she connected us with her friend in the real estate business. Truly grateful for the time we spent in Indianapolis!

Very nice property, conveniently located! Host was very kind and attentive to our needs. This was perfect for our group of four. Clean and nice amenities in the house (games, books, basics in the bathroom....) kitchen very well stocked (could use a toaster). Loved our stay here!!

This two-bedroom bungalow perfectly suited our needs. There was plenty of room for the two of us to spread out. It was located five minutes away from our daughter's house, so we could visit her easily and also have some down time at the bungalow if we needed it. Downtown Indianapolis is about 20 minutes away. The property owner, Cathy, was great. Due to a freak issue, we locked ourselves out of the bungalow. Cathy saw to it that we got an extra key so we could access the home. I appreciate her quick response. We would definitely stay here again the next time we visit our daughter.

We spent two nights in this darling bungalow during the eclipse and found it fit our needs beautifully. My grandson enjoyed the remote control beds and we found the covered patio to be perfect for pre-eclipse activities and games. Nicely equipped and furnished and very clean. Also just minutes from the lovely Fort Harrison State Park. The house, despite being on a somewhat busy street, was very quiet inside - was not disturbed at all by road noise. The neighborhood is also very quiet.

This was perfect for our 2-day stay in the area. Everything we needed as provided for: plenty of towels, linens, blankets, etc. There were board games, well-stocked kitchen, and all very clean. I loved that there was an iPhone charger available. Hosts are easy to communicate with, and close by. Would definitely stay there again.

This was such a cute little place to stay. Perfect amount of space including more room. It was a quite little place and we cant wait for our next trip. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook every meal. Easy access to get in the house. We will definitely be back. Love from M +M

This little bungalow was the perfect spot for us. We chose it because of its proximity to our kids and new granddaughter- it was perfect! The other reviews said it was clean and well appointed and they were right. The hosts were also very easy to work with for booking, checkin, and checkout. Will definitely consider staying again.

The home was so comfortable, and clean. It was close to everything. We went to Broad Ripple and the home was close to the hotel where our child’s Marching band stayed. The home is close to the Lucas Oil Stadium where we watched the Grand National championships for Marching Bands. I’d recommend this place !

This was a very cute house with good function and flow. The kitchen was well stocked with various things like condiments, cooking utensils, and most things you would need to prepare a meal. The hosts were great to work with. The husband met us at the property because he was turning on the lights so we could see to get in when we arrived, as it was past sunset when we arrived. The twin beds had adjustable massage vibrators to help you relax after a long day exploring the area.

Very comfortable home, plenty of space and well equipped. Was conveniently located near family we were visiting and several near by attractions. Would definitely stay again when in area.

The property is very nice with everything you need for a great stay. Had things like seasoning for cooking and coffee was there with a Kerig. Very friendly host and very helpful and responsive to questions. Plan to stay there again.

We loved staying here!!! The owners are amazing people and went over the top to ensure our stay was perfect, and it was. The property was beautiful and very cozy. My wife, 2 kids, and I were very comfortable in this house. The owners even went to the trouble to set up cornhole and lawn chairs in the back yard for us to enjoy during our stay. Mrs. Cathy and Mr. Jim checked on us several times to make sure we had everything we needed and suggested places we could visit locally during our trip. We were in town for a youth bowling event and Mr. Jim took an opportunity to watch my son bowl during a practice session one day and offered him some tips, awesome people. I told my wife if we ever moved to Indianapolis I know where I would want to live. You will not be disappointed staying here.

My friend and I drove down from Michigan to see Dave Matthews Band at Deer Creek. This house was the perfect place for us to stay up and make some memories! The house was clean and lived up to every expectation we had from the listing. The neighborhood was very quiet which was nice. My only issue was the shower as I’m very short and it was mounted high on the shower wall. I run into that problem a lot though. I hope to book again for DC 2024! Thank you Cathy for a wonderful stay!!

Was very impressed when we entered the bungalow, the house was immaculate and the decor was just right. We met Kathy and Jim really nice people and very helpful. We will be rebooking for our next vacation to Indianapolis. Thank you for making us feel at home.

Clean nice place. Would be good for a little family of four. The TVs are HDMI, not smart. The twin beds are narrow. Kitchen is very well stocked. It was nice to have shampoo provided. Quiet street.

Fabulously cozy place to stay when coming to Indy for a conference downtown. This was about a 15-20 minute drive (depending on traffic and time of day), which was just perfect for us. Quiet neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again if traveling to the area.

My adult kids and I stayed at this property while attending National FFA Convention, where my daughter received her American FFA Degree. The house was beautifully maintained. We enjoyed playing corn hole during evenings. We would definitely stay again!

This was a GREAT little house. Beds were extremely comfortable. The long driveway eased the worries of parking. Thank you for the bottle of wine which was enjoyed at the fire on a beautiful fall evening. This will DEFINITELY be a place to return when we are back in the area.

Myself, my husband, my mother-in-law, and our two young daughters stayed for four nights in this great home. It was the perfect size for our family. The home was clean and provided all of the essential items we needed. We enjoyed being able to have groceries to snack and cook when we did not want to eat out. The property manager was kind and easy to get in touch with. Would definitely recommend this home if you are staying near the Indianapolis area! Also highly recommend the German bakery down the street. A great find with delicious breakfast pastries.
