Good location, well decorated flat.

The host who came to do our check in, was extremely rude. Arrived late for the check in and was basically telling us off for not sending our ids to an email when the check in email said to either do an online check in or if that didn't work to send an email. The online check in worked and had nowhere to attach our ids therefore we didn't send them but we had our ids with us to show at time of check in. The bed wasn't a double bed. It was 2 singles joined together and you could feel the separation between the beds. The beds moved constantly so that made it uncomfortable and inconvenient to sleep as a couple. The kitchen could be better stocked with pots and pans. There was only a very small frying pan. The house is extremely hot, no ac. The fans weren't very good at keeping the flat cool.

Vomit on the wall and bin in bathroom - bathroom stunk! No airconditioning - it’s very hot. They put tiny fans on floor. Kitchen shutter broken. Wait to check in - no contact details to working and cleaner from another building luckily knew who to call. Honestly, we should get a refund!!!!!

Bed - so uncomfortable that we slept on the sleeper couch in the living room Host disturbed us every day, didn't keep to arranged times to meet to finalize payment Damage deposit not returned timeously. Was only refunded after we followed up.

The location is the only thing I like about it.

The location, Apt and garage are very nice.

check in 3:00pm and check out 11:00am.

There is a terrace in the photo, it is not in the apartment. They cheat, very bad

Bad customer service. No wi-fi for half of the stay. They refused to be at the check-out. No coffee machine. No toaster. Small water heating cylinder.
