Beautiful views and comfortable accommodations

Better than pictured. We went here to celebrate my birthday with friends and kiddos and it was absolutely perfect. Comfy beds, plenty or room, games and activities available, incredible access. Will absolutely be reserving this spot again!

Great place to stay! This is our third time, and each time gets better and better. An amazing home with great beach access and a short walk or drive to downtown Seaside.

It was a beautiful spacious place with a beautiful view. Very cozy place. More than what I was expecting. I recommend this place if you’re staying in seaside.

We loved the house, it was perfect to get together with family/friends. Lots of windows to give a great view of the ocean, plenty of bedrooms and great living space. If there was one thing that could use improvement it might be the seating in the common room, but we were very happy with the place overall and Katy was very easy to work with and communicated well.

The home we stayed at was great! Plenty of room for our family, great views, furnished with everything you need and more. We loved our stay and would definitely come stay again!

This is a great location and very spacious. It definitely could use some updates. The games in the game room didn't work well but that didn't impact our stay. The Internet was slow but again we didn't need it much. Overall we had a nice time!

This house is amazing! Large windows and beautiful ocean views from practically every room. We took the super short walk to the beach multiple times each day. A quick drive to a grocery store and it's located close to everything else on our agenda (restaurants, shopping, promenade). Furnishings were comfortable with plenty of extra pillows and blankets for the cozy factor. The large family spaces allowed us to be connected while also doing different activities. Katy was great to work with and very accommodating to our late evening arrival.

We enjoyed our recovery time strolling on the beach, or back from the Prom. Everything was comfortable and just enough amenities to accommodate us. We enjoyed it so much; we booked it again for next year! Thank you!

Fantastic location in a quiet neighborhood with a perfect view of the water. Also clean and well-stocked for all of our needs. Communication with the property manager was warm and welcoming. Highly recommended.

Great location! Sand dollar haven is just outside your door. Short walk to town. Secluded location that offers privacy with peace and quiet. Very large and nice home. Plenty of room for everyone. Katy was awesome!

We rented this for a family reunion and we have never stayed north of the Promenade before. We loved it! Right on the ocean and much quieter than on the Prom. It was well stocked and Katy responded quickly to texts. Excellent set up for our family with a game room and ping pong in the garage. We had a celebration of life for my Mom and the neighbor played Amazing Grace on his bagpipes!

Thank you Katy for being so responsive to our needs. The house, has strong bones and beautiful views. Katy was more than helpful, even going to Warren to purchase a new coffee pot to replace the broken one. Plenty of room and nice layout. Floors, kitchen beds and bathrooms were clean. But, the house is in need of love. Having vacation properties of our own, a few recommendations to the owners. 1) invest in a BBQ that can cook an adequate amount for a large family. 2) bi-annual deep clean. Spring and summer. Staff shouldn’t be expected to deep clean between visits. It’s not an adequate amount of time. But corners, wash walls, cupboards, replace well/overused equipment, clean ceiling fixtures, ceiling fans all should be cleaned biannually. 3) provide an extra set of linen in each closet. Updating the linen is a good idea too 4) provide adequate supply of shampoos Our family had a very nice time. And appreciated the time together.

We have been coming to Seaside for nigh onto twenty years now. Ann and I have wanted to give our children and grandchildren now lasting memories of the ocean. Hopefully we can continue Lord willing.

This house is amazing. Just steps from the ocean and sleeps plenty to make this a super enjoyable vacation spot. Beautiful views, and just minutes from downtown Seaside. A great place to getaway for a few days and enjoy the ocean.

We honestly love this house and have stayed here many times over the years. We hadn’t been back to this house for several years. We were disappointed to find that the furnishings haven’t been updated with the exception of the couch in the living room. They got rid of most of the green leather sectional (leaving the old cruddy end piece) and replace it with another leather couch that is old and uncomfortable. The furniture in the living area upstairs is old and filthy. The house was not thoroughly cleaned. There were cobwebs literally everywhere. The plastic plants and dusty and disgusting and should be thrown out. We did enjoy our stay in spite of those things but I’m sad to say that we won’t be back.

The view was incredible. There were plenty of rooms for us all. My cousin is planning to book the house this summer.

This was a perfect house for our party. We were in town for a basketball tournament. Location was great! Easy access to the beach and close enough to town.

There is lots of room for everyone to be together or to find a quiet spot to relax.

A perfect location for a much anticipated girls’ trip. Lots of space, beautiful location and lots of mirrors made getting ready for the day easy.

Enjoyed our stay very much, and the great October weather helped! A nice relaxing time with family including doing several of the fun puzzles on the bookshelves and heading out for beach walks.. Katy was very nice and responsive. I do have to say if you are going to ‘work’ or plan on streaming, the internet is less than stellar.

The view can’t be beat! Only a 1 mile walk to downtown Seaside, mostly on the boardwalk. We loved the place and plan to be back. Thank you!

The location is absolutely perfect!! Sort easy walk over the dunes right to the beach where it's not too busy unlike downtown Seaside. But also close enough to walk to town and not worry about parking. Pictures do not show the amazing ocean views from most all the rooms. Could use better maids because the dust is very heavy in many areas throughout the home. A few items even had the words "clean me" written in the dust from previous customers. Also the fridge was not working during our stay. We were notified by the owner when we arrived that it was struggling but wish we knew sooner so we could've brought a cooler from home. Unfortunately we had to go to town and buy a cooler and ice because after the first night it was very clear our perishables were going bad even though we put a bowl of ice inside the fridge hoping it would help. That was extremely frustrating. Assuming the fridge is fixed, this is an amazing gem. Could definitely use a facelift when it comes to all the furniture, and new cookware. But overall the location and size is unbeatable!

Great location. 2 of the screen doors are broken and difficult to open, a used condom and some pills found under one bed. Found that when trying to plug in a lamp. Used shampoo and soap in bathroom with hair on it. No outside grill. Cobwebs in corners of bathroom.

This home is spacious and a wonderful place for a family vacation. The big windows allow you to view the ocean and it is a short walk when you walk out the door to an amazing beach. I recommend this property.

What a beautiful spot, our families spent 4 days here with 3 young children. Access to the beach is ideal, plenty of beach toys to take down. More than enough room for all of us to enjoy our time and each other. Communication with Katy throughout our stay was friendly, and very easy(so appreciated).

Great house for a large family. Big deck with a great ocean view. Fire pit in back yard. Kitchen table that seats eight.

Lots of space great host the fireworks on the beach amazing.

I stayed here with my 3 children, sister, mother, Papa and his wife, we all had our own bed 🤩 The house itself was super spacious and comfortable. The distance to the beach meant my older kids could head down on their own, it was maybe a 5-8 minute walk on a sandy trail. There was plenty of dishes and sand toys. There was an accident which is why I'm giving 4 stars. The host "repaired" a heavy, tall wooden bed post with glue. Needless to say, it didn't keep the post upright and it smacked one of the women in the night, missing her face by a foot and hitting her breast. She got a bruise from it. There were also a lot of cobwebs on the light fixtures, my mom kept wanting to clean it. Most notably, the address that VRBO gives takes you to the wrong location. I called the host a few times before she called back and gave me the correct address to find with Google Maps. I get that's not entirely her fault but she said she knew Maps was incorrect so I feel she should have mentioned that before we thought we had been scammed. 😅 She was pleasant to talk to and honestly all things considered, I would be happy to stay here again. The house and location were wonderful and perfect for my family get together ❤️

Loved the location right on the beach and the house had everything we needed. A few minor issues were taken care of by Katy.

Our family had such an amazing stay!! The neighborhood was quiet & private. The kids loved walking the trails to the clean, empty beach. It was chilly weather so the indoor fireplace warmed us right up after beach sessions. It was everything we were expecting. Thank you! We hope to make it back someday!
