Excellent sunset views, really nice location, staff was very nice and helpful. English wasn't an issue and most were English was first language.

The balcony with sea view. Location near to American Village. Free parking. Hotel serve simple breakfast at morning.

The location is great for this hotel. Close to a lot of food and dining options, and a fantastic view of the ocean and sunset. For the money, you really cannot beat the location. I also appreciated the pull out bed for the kids.
It is not so much what I did not like as what could be done to put the hotel over the top. There are some small needs in the room that would make it great, and I would not advertise as having a breakfast, when it was just croissants as the only "food" option. The room needs a broom and dustpan to sweep if you are going to be that close to the beach and sand. It also needs more hanging options for towels and other things near the bathroom. Finally, some channel options in English would have also been appreciated.
Finally, the futon, while providing extra sleeping options, really is hard as a rock. Would recommend either adding some padding to it, or getting a new one.

The hotel lies literally next to the sea. The view is especially captivating during sunset as the view from the room is situated on the west side. Even though we stayed here just for one night, I would definitely recommend staying for longer as the room is well suited for longer stays (microwave, washing machine and dryer and all amenities are provided - even detergent for washing machine). There is also a plenty of space for a car.

there’s so much places to go around this hotel my favorite was a super cute healthy smoothies place named Happy Bowls it’s 3 minutes walk distance and has the best coffee, the view was amazing! I will definitely come back next time! 😍

For the money, it is a good value deal and I would come back.
It is not about what I don't like but my suggestions to make it better. A bit more and better amenities like coffee and sugar. A means to sweep up the floor like broom and pan. Hooks in toilet for hanging up stuff...Adapter for 3 prong plug for power. All outlets in the room are 2 prong. Pastries seem stale on certain day as if they were 2 days old. Kitchenette is provided but need a bistro set to sit and enjoy drink/ meals.

Amazing location right along the shoreline, perfect for getting outdoors and enjoying a nice walk. Close proximity to restaurants, entertainment, drug store, groceries and more. Friendly staff that were helpful and accommodating from the moment we arrived on the property.

Everything is great and the staff is amazing. I love the laundry machine in the room.

the staff were SUPER friendly!! beautiful ocean view from my room! I stayed on the 10th floor however I’m sure every room has a great view no matter the floor.
if you leave any food out it may attract sugar ants. there are ants everywhere in Okinawa! so I didn’t mind. I just quickly cleaned it up ☺️
Parking was a bit of a hassle.
