The breakfast was great.

The furniture in the room consisted of only 2 beds.

The room was big, clean and beautiful, very confortable bed, delicios food at the restaurant.

There was no internet signal in the room. The exit sign on the wall was blinking continously green and red (annoying in the night). The room's description on booking presented the room with kitchinete(including fridge), but in reality there was no fridge in these rooms.

The staff was very sweet and hardworking. They understood our disappointment since the information on booking was not accurate and they tried their best to accommodate us and make us comfortable.

The rooms we booked through the booking app quite frankly did not exist. We booked two queens with a twin. It was one of the only options in this city that accommodated our family. When we got there it was just 3 twins. They were able to move a bed in and we were taken care of by the wonderful staff. However we do not feel we got what we paid for. There was also a sign in the bathroom that threatened to charge us 150,000 euros if we flooded the bathroom but the shower doors didn’t close and the shower nozzle was broken and sent water shooting into the air. So we were extra careful but shouldn’t have had to be if things were in working order.
