It was average
Mirror lights in bathroom did not work, just sparked. Electricity near water is fatal.
Lock inside, cap was loose and sharp, cutting hazard.

The room was beautiful and the bed was very comfortable; there is a coffee machine and kettle; the breakfast menu is is extensive and served in a very pleasant room with a nice view. The staff were friendly and efficient and the location is perfect for visiting Rye.

Our room was lovely and clean . The location was perfect ! The staff were so friendly and made us feel very welcome . The breakfast was outstanding ! Iv never been to a b & b that had so much options for breakfast . It was so hard to choose , everything on the menu was amazing . We decided to have the traditional full English and I would give top marks to the cook as it was outstanding. Would definitely recommend and will be going back .
Only thing I would say if I had to is that all the battery operated candles in the room didn’t work, but that’s just me trying to find a negative, which isn’t even really a negative but it would of added more of a romantic feel to the room .

I liked the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The parking was easier than I thought it would be, so the directions you provided were very useful. The room was very comfortable, quiet and bright. Liked the provisions in the room,

The tv remote didn't work. The dressing table mirror came off when adjusting to put on makeup. Unable to remove bath plug after bathing because plug chain came off. complimentary dressing gowns need to be washed in some fabric softener, very rough on the skin

The location was lovely and central. The breakfast was well presented and tasty.

Great location, stylishly decorated and comfortable.
The only comment is that the pillows seemed a little flat on an otherwise very comfortable bed.

Lovely place to stay. Bathroom and bedroom were great. Breakfast was just right with a good selection. Liked the local items for use in the bathroom and the little extras in the fridge.
The only issue we had was hearing snoring from room above.
