very spacious hut. super location, we had a ground floor hut, the huge benefit was having loungers in front of the hut . the stuff we’re supper friendly and available on WhatsApp all the time. they gave us very good restaurant recommendations, organised a scooter etc. we had Indian breakfast on our terrace every morning which was delivered punctually every morning. someone is near the huts 24/7 and we felt very safe.

the bathroom has a lovely feel, it’s an open air bathroom with exotic plants. however it’s not in the shade at all, so half of the day when the sun is up, you need to wear a hat and sunscreen if you want to use the toilet and the floor is boiling hot , so need to have footwear . some shade in the bathroom is really needed, at least over the toilet and sink.

The bed is pretty terrible. I really don't understand how a villa at this price can have such s terrible bed. While the mattresses were comfortable, it didn't fit the king size bed frame so they solved it by putting the two mattresses horizontally, creating a big gap where your hips are. I complained and they brought me a mattress topper that didn't make any difference and then swapped out the mattresses altogether, but the new foam mattress was so rock hard that I couldn't sleep a wink and asked them to switch back to the original setup. The staff really tried to solve the issue but seriously, all it takes is to modify the bed frame (or simply order a new one). This setup is just not acceptable for the price you pay for this place.

Perfect escape, quiet and beautiful place to relax, love the accommodations and the staff were incredibly kind and attentive.

Guys bringing the food could have been a little more alert and aware (bringing water without having to constantly ask.) Breakfast could have included eggs and muesli, not a choice of one or the other.

Perfect place to enjoy Agonda beach from, having your own private terrace and sunbeds means you can make the most of the hot middle part of the day without just hiding in an AC room! anything that we requested help with was sorted easily for us, really appreciated the staff there. Breakfast always great too. Positioned overlooking the turtle hatchery on the beach, speak to the team there during the day and you may get to watch the evening/night turtle release, amazing!

The location is amazing, if you don’t want an overcrowded beach. It is a lovely quiet and beautiful beach. The staff was very helpful and the maintenance and the decor of the villa was spot on. Also, the hot tub was nice to have and the breakfast was pretty good.

The bed could’ve been more comfortable (a little bit sunken in the middle).

the hot tub didn’t work on one of our two nights which was a disappointing. The breakfasts could have been slightly better and we felt 2 courses could have been offered. For example a fruit salad and a cooked option

Location was superb with excellent views of the sea. The staff were friendly and helpful especially Rupesh and nothing was too much trouble. The villa was beautiful and exceptionally clean. quiet and peaceful with excellent location in the middle of agonda beach. The beach was really clean.

Very little not to like from our perspective. This location provided everything we were hoping for for a quiet and restful holiday with beautiful surroundings and lots of sunshine.

The cottage is very comfortable and modern with great views.

Agonda Villas was as lovely as we hoped! Perfect location, super staff and amazing and delicious (and ample!) complimentary breakfast.

Everything was so good at this place, the staff took extra care of our comfort and transfer arrangements. Rupesh made sure that our stay was really great.

only slight downer was the bar/restaurant next door that likes to blast out music at times, seemingly the only place in Agonda to do it.

Great location. Big room with ample space. Porch also big and great for sitting out / eating / drinking. Area beyond porch was amazing. Part of the beach with sand. With beach chairs and a shade. Can spend all day there. Directly in the beach. One can spend the entire stay time without shoes and only in beach gear. Staff is amazing and helpfull. Washroom is open to sky and huge in size - quite wonderful.

Amazing property but pricing a little off. For the 5 star pricing the property doesn't have 5 star features. The pricing is essentially for the location. Location is worth a premium but not so much I felt.

The property was in a good location with great amenities. Rupesh and his team were very good and took good care of us.Area is quite and silent….mainly for relaxing ppl more than party ppl.Room is big enough but AC is not good enough for the room.Excellently open bathroom. Jacuzzi is good but the geysers are not enough for reqd amount of hot water. Always jacuzzi is having only mild warm water.Overall was a pleasant stay and will return again. Thanks once again Rupesh & Team for great hospitality

The property is located right on the beach, room size is good, Vilas are well maintained. Staff is courteous and friendly.

They don't have car parking, we had to park car on roadside and the shops around that area don't like it. One of the shop owners had a lot of argument with us because of that even though we parked car quite away from his shop. Breakfast options are limited and even quantity is fixed.

It was an awesome stay with breathtaking seaview. Staff was very friendly and did everything so that guests are feeling very comfortable.

Rupesh and his team gave us great hospitality and comfort. all our questions were satisfied.
