It's a beautiful property with excellent view and good facilities. Jose is very friendly and helpful.

We didn't rent a car and so walking up to the house was very tiring especially when it's hot and sunny. There are lots of dogs in the neighborhood and they can be noisy.

We loved the quiet location up the hill from town giving a great view over the sea. Jose was very helpful an the house has everything for a comfortable stay.

There was nothing not to like for us.

We had very good impression of our hosts. We got lost on our way to Vivenda da Natureza, our host Fátima guided us to house via video call. Thank you Fátima! José met us on property, and provided with all necessary information. It was nice to have welcome basket, like bananas from their own garden, delicious local bread, milk and each. One evening on our return home we found a bag with local fruit from José left by our door, that was very nice surprise. Best passion fruit what I have tasted so far! We loved the view from house, friendly neighbor lady over the road. We loved local cats, goats and rooster crowing in morning. (If someone prefers silence then you can close doors and windows and you will not hear a thing!) House is well made, spacious well designed with lots of storage space and very clean. Thank you Fátima and José we know where to stay on our next visit in Madeira.

Upon arrival, our hosts Fátima and José had left bananas from their own garden, local bread (bolo do caco), milk, bottled water and even nescafé ect., so we could just recover before the first purchase of food. The house has a great location in a rural setting, yet close to the town of Santa Cruz (but a car can clearly be recommended). It Has a wonderful view of the sea, is very spacious, appears new and clean and tastefully decorated. The kitchen has everything you need. The hosts Fátima and José are two extremely competent and very likeable people, who immediately gave us the feeling of welcome. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we will definitely choose "Vivenda da Natureza" next time we visit Madeira.

Nothing to report - everything was perfect

The area will give you a little bit Madeira :-). The neighbours doesn't too close, you have a private house and garden. The street near the house is a dead end, so no through traffic. We got some fruits, it was very tasty.

Everything was fine.

The sea view from the property is beautiful. The house is very clean, and well maintained, very close to the airport. Everything is updated including the kitchen appliances. Every morning we sat in the patio for breakfast and we could see the planes getting ready to land. When we arrived there was a delicious local bread and some fruits provided by the owners. I definitely recommend staying at this property.

A car is needed. During my stay (5 nights)I did not see any buses around the area.

- sea view is amazing -quietness of area - Good Size - it’s close to litre villages and shops and restaurants and the airport. - it’s pink -it’s private -fire room

-noise from other peoples dogs, cats and goats were sometimes very annoying and walking past the dogs could be very intimidating. Out of the owners of this property’s control though.
