Clean functional well laid out room

Standard breakfast menu, could have been better. Breakfast room uninspiring.

The breakfast was delicious, the staff very accommodating with directions, only there for one night so we were not too concerned our location.

Great location, many food options, room was clean and comfortable. An extra service they provided was helping me get my lost camera shipped quickly to me in Lisbon - thanks Ricardo!

Love the fact that having all of the different food vendors right in the hotel was excellent and convenient. Pictures on line look just like hotel. No bad surprises. Staff all spoke good English and very helpful.

Our room view was overlooking the bus terminal.

This is an amazing hotel. the location is great and the room is perfect. The bed was so comfortable, the blackout curtains were great, it had air conditioning and it was quiet. everything was like new, The Bom Mercado is downstairs so perfect for coffee, food, drinks at any hour.

The fact that under the hotel there is an excellent food hall is a huge plus. It means you can enjoy your day in town and work your way back to the hotel for meals and drinks. Staff in hotels also good regarding the city and local area for travel tips on trains, buses etc.

Journey back from downtown is a bit long as its all uphill but then the Duoro river has to be on the low side. Water does not flow uphill YET!!

Themed decorations are fun and unique! Piano in the bar area. Conveniently located within Mercado Bom Sucesso so food options are plenty, yet room is quiet.

A little far from Porto Downtown but still walkable or with easy Uber ride

The diner : As I wake up very early due to time difference, I tried to have foods and I have not been able to have diner in the restaurant before 7Pm

Location was good, 15 min from the airport and the center. Connected to a food court which is a good. Room was Ok, clean and good pressure in the shower.

Bed was har and pillows were horrible, felt cotton balls inside and were not confortable at all. I didn't get the AC to work, had 24 celcius in my room, I put down the temperature but it didn't work. Woke up at 2 am it was 25.5 celcius, had to open the window to be able to sleep. My rooms window was above the food court, so it was no quiet, so ask for a quiet room (if possible).

The room was very clean and new, cute decoration with music notes. The location is excellent that inside connection with food market. Also I loved the breakfast!!!

Price! It was the new year and the everything was close and also much raining. It was expensive for doing nothing next day.

- location - staff are very helpful - piano in lobby is a gem - the direct access to Bom Successo market is a massive bonus - room size is bigger than most hotels and facility in the room is good - cleanliness is exceptional

Breakfast could be improved; - Juices are not natural, not enough fruit selection, - station were not refilled promptly, always had to ask attendants. - Could do with wider choice of coffees too or maybe investing in one of those machine with multiple drinks options

Well insulated room with modern set-up Friendly and helpful reception. Situated in a architectural landmark location transformed into huge food-court with dazzling amount of goodies.

Rely only on AC to refresh air in the room
