Allt var som lovat. Läget, frukost, bekväm och vid strandpromenaden. Bra service och personal på plats hela tiden.

Toaletten drog dåligt.

Location is perfect! My room was a good size, breakfast was freshly prepared, staff were very friendly and helpful and remembered which room I was in and that I liked coffee in the mornings. The service overall was very professional yet personal. You can tell that each visitor is important to the staff here.

The decor is perhaps aimed at a different age group to mine, but everything was clean and in good condition.

Wunderbare Lage direkt an der Promenade, fußläufig nur ein paar Minuten ins Ortszentrum (nicht so überlaufen wie Llandudno). Tolle Aussicht vom Erker des Zimmers direkt auf Strand und Meer und die Terrasse mit Sitzmöglichkeiten. Großes, geräumiges Zimmer, äußerst nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Frühstück sehr gut, Auswahl an verschiedenen warmen Gerichten und immer frisch geschnittenes Obst und Joghurt. Parkplatz direkt hinterm Haus (etwas versteckte Zufahrt), aber unbedingt vorab reservieren, es gibt nur 4 Plätze.

Altmodisches Badezimmer, eine tägliche Reinigung des Badezimmers wäre wünschenswert gewesen

Maria was a seasoned, professional Host who runs a tight ship. She was a constant helpful presence who loves her job and is the reason why everything runs so smoothly.

To some, the old-fashioned furnishings and 70s wool carpets would not be desirable. However, the large room good shower room and the space available within the chests of draws and wardrobe were sufficient for stays long or short. We had room 11 on the ground floor that had a huge bay window looking out on the beach that is only just over 100 metres from the front door. At the moment, the promenard is being relaid but didn't affect our enjoyment.
