The facility is very friendly and located in a beautiful location. Since I don't like the neighborhoods where many tourists stay, I chose Hostel Seoul and I was very satisfied. You can easily reach everywhere and you can be comfortable in the facility. In addition, they did not mind my cousin staying in my room for 1 day; She was able to stay with me at an affordable price.Also, their staff are very nice people, many thanks for their help.

There was nothing I didn't like about the facility. Just maybe the cleaning of the room could have been done in more detail before I settled in. Other than that there is no problem.

it was really good. the room was comfortable and clean, and pretty spacious. the staff spoke good English, even checked in us earlier because we were in a rush. the bathroom had everything we needed.

Don't book this hotel everything so dirty. very bad bad place 1. a room too dirty to stay. A pillow case , Blanket , bed sheet all is old and dirty that make itchy all night like this hostel never cleaned anything before service. 2. Many mold in bathroom , not just dirty its "filthy!!!!". 3. Bed nearly broken in everytime i move. 4. TV can watch only 1 channal, a remote control not respond but only +- sound. 5. Has a leftover food in my private refrigerator !! That's a big evidence that shown this hostel never care about the hygiene. Don't care to cleaning before service a new guest. very bad bad suck! 6. everything in hostel picture is a fruad, nothing is real. warning again!! don't book this place!

The staff was kind

It was extremely dirty (it was obviously not cleaned), there was mold, there was no window, it smelled very bad, and the bed was very uncomfortable, as you could feel every spring in the mattress. The room was also listed as soundproof which is definitely was not, as I could hear guests in the reaction all the time as well as the music playing.

Poor condition of the building and rooms, not really maintained, dumpy I’d say. Mold in the room and bathroom. Not clean in the room besides general view, dust in other spots. Stains on the bed. Poor ventilation, needed to keep up the vent in bathroom during day with window opened; smelly

They canceled my payment by booking and then charged on site, so I didn't know if they may canceled my reservation

When we arrived to the guesshouse they told us that there were no room available and they offer us a room in another location. The room was filthy, smelly and moldy, there were leaks everywere, it looks like no one clean the room in weeks, it was the most awful place I've ever been. It was the most unpleasant stay ever.

Air-conditioning system is so bad it's nosey and towels are so Stinky i couldn't use it. also in bed there was hair and there is to much mold.

There’s way too much to say, there’s no staff at the property but you need a code to get in, that they don’t provide you before. I was waiting outside 15 minutes in the street until another guest let me in, who had been waiting 2 hours to get in. They don’t check their messages at all, the only way to get in contact with them is to call them from the phone at the front desk, which you can only do from inside, and you can’t get inside without a code. The room they gave me had a really annoying noise coming from something like a faulty appliance, I tried to message about it and they didn’t check the messages so I went downstairs and used the phone at the desk and they said I should’ve told them earlier, despite me having only checked in less than an hour before, and me having already messaged them. The man on the phone was basically laughing at me saying ‘are you going to cry, am I making you angry, where are you from’ in a smug voice. I told him the way he speaks to customers is disgusting and he told me that I’m disgusting. I said I had to wait outside because there’s no staff at the properly to let me in and he asked ‘how many hours’ as if it’s only a valid complaint if it had been over an hour? No. He tells me to leave and I said ‘okay then give me my money back now so I can book somewhere else’ and he says ‘no because you have used the room’. I hadn’t even gotten into the bed, only sat on top of the bedding. He eventually said he’d send someone else there to talk to me because he ‘didn’t want to argue’, didn’t want to help either. The next guy who came was really friendly and apologised and took me to a different hostel but it’s not okay that it had to come to that. My room door also unlocked itself when I was in the first place, they’re not even secure, someone tried to walk in. I booked it in a rush and didn’t read the reviews, I’ll never make that mistake again. READ THE REVIEWS. The man on the phone also told me I’m the only person who ever complained.
