Excellent location for all amenities, shops, restaurants etc. Accommodation was very clean and comfortable, breakfast was superb. Without doubt if we went to Harrogate again would definitely stay there.

Great location, only a short walk from the train station (but for less mobile travellers: this does involve a relatively steep hill). Very friendly hosts. Spacious, comfortable room. Fairly wide array of breakfast options.

very clean, made to feel welcome, location, the breakfast, Marilyn and her husband (Sorry forgot his name) are both very friendly and knowledgeable about the area and things to see. parking is surprisingly easy, you may not get parked outside the property as it is a long street, a zoned area and so it can be the luck of the draw as to exactly where you get to park, that said we had no problem and were parked within viewing distance of our car both days

Nothing of note, older or slightly infirm people might find the climb up to the top room a bit of a stretch, not by any means “Everest” but it is a little bit of a climb. Creaky floorboards, this is an older house so to be expected, but whilst not a problem for us it might be annoying for anyone below although not sure if other guests are directly below.

Fabulous B&B. Loved the extra touches such as fridge in the room with fresh milk and bottled chilled water. Loved the jaffa cakes and biscuits and fruit bowl. Breakfast was exceptional with excellent choices. Hosts were wonderful. Very helpful and welcoming.

The building befitting of Classical Harrogate. Marlyn couldn’t do more for her guests. It was a freezing spell and the establishment was cosy warm. Our room was spacious as was the en-suite. Top marks for the shower and especially the bed. The silent fridge meant we had fresh milk. It was very handy for the city but delightfully quiet too. Free on street Parking worked perfectly.

Lovely breakfast, great hosts, comfy beds with quality bedding, fresh milk for tea and coffee in the room and some fruit.

Nothing just be aware parking is on street so you have to grab a spot when you find one. That said we were able to park close to it.

The host were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was a lovely size and included double bed, large wardrobe, seating area, TV, mini fridge with water and fresh milk, tea and coffee making facilities and a lovely bowl of fruit. The bathroom was very spacious and clean with a shower over the bath. As many other comments state, the breakfast was exceptional. Another great bonus was that free on street parking was available. I would highly recommend this property and I will definitely try to book again if I am ever in Harrogate
