No way you can sleep! The party starts at 11:00 PM till 1:00 till everyone gets in the night club right in front of the hotel. Then quite, then 4:30 Am wile club people dismiss. Expect to hear shooting happening of drunk people around!

No ventilation in the room. no openable windows! The A.C. is adjusted to Hot Air and no way to fix it! so eathier hot air or no air! I called them to fix this and turn back with no solution No Soundproof or insulation... you can hear everyone outside the room and, of course, everyone can hear you!

The room could be vacuumed more, the toilet cleaner...the smallest room was indeed tiny, would avoid it next time/when staying longer...

Quick tip: underground car park's door stays shut but when you approach with your vehicle it automatically opens, so do not try to find a parking place before checking in. Hotel is located at the center and close to some big shopping malls and many business locations so this is a big plus. Also the neighborhood offers a lot of nice restaurants too. The street was already quiet and since my room (409) was facing the back it was almost totally silent. The room was nicely decorated and spacious, the breakfast was generously portioned and nicely prepared. When Istanbul's size is kept in mind it may be considered adequately close to main historic touristic sites too, I do not think that it would worth paying additional money.

Room's door was weakly soundproofed, and since it was close to elevator it may be disturbing.

Stains on the carpet. Windows don’t open so you can’t take a breath of fresh air. it’s too expensive for what it offers. bed is kind of small.

I booked a room with no prepayment but they get the money from my card.

The staff all are helpful and friendly. The price was good. Room was modern design. Also the ATM machine in the lobby.

The area gets so dark at night tho it’s safe, the room key policy (one key for every room) which was a headache every time me and my auntie are out. The room was overused and the carpet had so many spots, the bathroom shower was horrible too kept leaking and the water escapes to the bathroom.
