Frühstück war unserer Meinung nicht so gut. Das Gym ist nicht wirklich ein gym, hier stehen 3 Cardio Geräte und Kurzhanteln

The location is really nice and near all shops and restaurants, the stuffs were really helpful and always on duty whenever I needed anything , the house keeper Saide were so nice , smile and warm , I felt like home

Just to be more accuracy when it comes to clean under the bed and to remove unwanted papers

A nice new small hotel, very friendly and welcoming staff. especially guys at reception. Nice location - very close to boutiques in Nisantasi, walking distance to Bosphorus. I asked for a higher floor room if possible and the hotel provided that even with a Bosphorus view. Rooms are clean with comfy beds. Small, but comfortable spa - it was really good to take some time in a steam room in the morning.

I will not say I didn’t like the breakfast, but it would be good to have a wider selection of foods

Bell'hotel molto pulito e curato, con staff molto attento e Gentile, in particolare il signor Yasmil ed il general Manager dell'hotel. La colazione è buona e a buffet. Consiglio il caffè turco. Letto comodo e stanze ampie. C'è anche una carinissima SPA a disposizione dei clienti, che avrei voluto poter avere il tempo di sfruttare maggiormante

This hotel is a scam. I paid a premium for a "panoramic city view" (this was on my actual booking confirmation) but was given a room on the lowest floor with a view of the tobacco shop, a busy intersection, and men urinating in the street. See the photos of the "panoramic city view". After fighting with them for a day - there was no manager on site until late morning the next day - they finally gave me what I paid for, but told me it was an "upgrade". As if I should be grateful that they gave me what I paid for for half my stay.

Amazing staff - very kind and accommodating. Furkan was exceptionally helpful, but everyone was great. Delicious breakfast. Clean and comfortable

The staff at the hotel were supper nice and friendly... Fatin and the her colleagues were supportive and happy to help any time. I requested an extra bed and they did provided it at 10 pm. Thank you guys.

Everything was perfect. Mr. Celal, Derya, Ercan, Server, Anil, Furkan were so helpfull. Hotel is very beautiful and clean. It is very close to nisantasi. Open buffet breakfast has many options. Rooms are very clean. Mr Medeni take us to the airport. Thank you for everything. We will come back next week.

Location was great and clean of the lobby and rooms.

The electricity is issue. Last two days was no electricity at night time till morning.

The staff were great. I had the pleasure to interact with Derya which was very accommodating and hospitable. Anil another staff who made sure my stay was very comfortable. And finally Mr. Celal who took me personally and guided me to local mosque. The staff was simply amazing.

The room was smaller than expected. But the balcony was bigger than the photos it was so big. The glass decoration under the TV was broken which gave the suite non pleasant vibes.

I booked for my family of 4 with 2 kids under 3. The hotel staff were extremely accommodating and very kind. They helped us with getting around Istanbul and any enquires we had about the area. Very very helpful staff and I would definitely book again. The location is wonderful, so many shops around us and taksim is a short walk from the hotel. There's also a pharmacy literally 2 minutes away. Overall, I'd give this hotel a 10/10 for experience, customer service, and location.

RUN!! I have booked in tens of hotels before! Beware of this hotel! It claims it is 5 stars, but it is not! They took all the money at the check-in! Usually, hotels take hold of the credit card until we settle things at the checkout, but this hotel made a full purchase for the whole stay upon check-in!! I was unpleasant with the hotel's rooms after less than two days. I wanted to check out; however, they forced me to stay and refused to refund me even though the booking was partially refundable, claiming that they have "an internal policy", which I requested many times but they did not share with me!! My Family and I were not happy, so we checked out regardless. My money was taken, and Booking.com can't do anything about it! I highly recommend not to stay in this hotel. It is overpriced, and the pictures are deceiving.

Here are the things I did not like: 1- Very small elevator. 2- Smoking smells all over the floors 3- the room doors do not shut properly and are very annoying. 4- the beds are not comfortable. 5- There is no soundproofing whatsoever! You can hear people in the corridor and cars in the street!

Staff, location and service Although we arrived very late and past check in time, staff (Ercan) was very helpful and made the check in smooth. Throughout the stay everybody was helpful and always smiling and welcoming. We were a group of girls and felt safe and well taken care of. We would definitely choose this hotel again and advise our family and friends to stay there too when in Istanbul. Location is excellent
