I liked the hospitality of the team - the reception upgraded me to an executive room. It was spacious, with perfectly thought details. The spa was fantastic - I loved the swimming pool and the hammam. The bar on the rooftop has an amazing view overlooking the Bosphorus and the city.

للاسف تم السحب من البطاقه الأتمانيه أكثر من المبلغ اللذى كان وقت الحجز وأخبرونى بأعادته والى اليوم لم تتم أعاده المبلغ المخصوم بالزياده

Magnifique bâtiment, une vue exceptionnelle, chambre splendide.
Une situation idéale, en hauteur avec vue sur la mer, et Istanbul, et à 5 min à pied de la place Taksim avec 1 ligne de métro (m2) et le funiculaire souterrain (f1) qui emmène à Kabbatas sur les quais en 5 min pour doit prendre les ferries soit un tramway ou autre.
Très belle piscine où l’on peut réellement nager et se détendre dans le hammam ou le bain turc.
Excellent petit déjeuner et agréablement surpris de bénéficier de l’accès au lounge où on peut prendre un verre et grignoter voire même manger de 13h à 22h.
Merci à Sabri (lounge) et à Buse (accueil petit déjeuner) qui ont rendu ce séjour très agréable et à tous ceux dont nous n’avons pas retenu le nom.
Le ménage peut mieux faire, surtout la magnifique terrasse de la chambre qui aurait besoin d’un nettoyage avant l’arrivée d’un nouvel occupant de la chambre. Les toilettes du lobby toujours impeccables grâce à Meseret.

والله الفطور حقهم يستاهل كل ريال يندفع فيه والفندق صراحه جميل واثاثه نظيف وجديد واطلالته ع بحر البوسفور مره تخبل بس صراحه سعره عالي والحمد لله حجزنا اول ليله بس بوكنج وباقي ٧ ليالي حجزناهم من شركه بصراحه سعرهم حلو ومصداقية بكل شيء فرق كبير مع بوكنج لذا انصحكم بالحجز منهم هذا سنابهم (b2c336 ) يحجزون بكل تركيا ..اسطنبول و بودروم وامانه ومرتبين....

Location is very near to Taksim square and Istekal street. Staff behavior is exceptional. Property is very clean and matching 5 * standards. I had requested for late check out which was happily accepted.
Air conditioning temperature control was not working so the room was very cold. Maintenance has to rectify the thermostat issue.

Mr. Kenan, who introduced herself as the security manager, came to the Izaka, took me to the illegal casino and stole about 18,000 dollars of my money.

1- the staff were very helpful they help place all of us on the same floor we went as big family all on 8th floor
2- the staff provided medication for my sister even at 3 AM in morning as she wasn’t feeling well
3- the cleaning in the room in general was good and staff were very friendly

1- the first 4 floors are like basements please do not accept to be booked in those rooms even if it says Bosphorus view you won’t see a thing
2- the property is to some extent an old Victorian like hotel might not be liked by all
3- because it is old Victorian room numbering is a puzzle

You cannot visit pool without swim caps. So bring your own or buy a terrible one for 7€. Some cash was stolen from the bag in the room. So keep anything precious in safe box!!!

La vista del Bósforo desde nuestra habitación era maravillosa. Las instalaciones excelentes, un lobby animado y confortable que invita a sentarse allí un buen rato. El desayuno muy bueno y con muchas opciones para elegir y el personal muy amable y profesional.

Amazing Service, extremely supportive staff , our room had some electrical issue and we were immediately shifted to other room.
Food was served fresh and hot in all the restaurants, Shisha and Stella both were excellent.
Concierge Staff was mind blowing, especially Ms Meryem , she was so helpful and whenever we used to ask her for anything, she would give the best suggestions and her utmost concern was exceptional, I must appreciate her professional customer oriented approach.
My overall experience in CVK Park Bosporus was amazing and I will recommend it to everyone .

The restaurants definitely need improvement. Also the prices are ridiculously high compared to everything in Istanbul.

Excellent reception agents excellent service and everything 10/10. And definitely will visit again this hotel.
Just small thing, kindly check the toilet and refill the shower gel,shampoo, plastics pads…etc we checked in to room but no shower gel.

Стройка в лаунже вид портил, лаундж только с 15.00 предоставлял напитки и еду, верхний ресторан на терассе по бронированию посадили не возле окна, хотя были пустые столики( а мы сняли 2 дорогих номера в отеле)

Comfortable location, excellent valet service with professional and polite staff, plus a well-equipped gym.
We stayed there for the second time and second stay differed significantly. Received a different room than booked, offered a change but still not comparable. Reception staff seemed snobbish and unfriendly. First visit had thoughtful night preparations with extra items; this time, none. Initial positive impression faded; won’t consider returning due to diminished quality in small but impactful details.

I stayed in Cvk Park Prestige Suites sides and it was amazing… Residance supervisor Susan helped us for select the nicest room. Yunis and Cenk was so nice and friendly they helped us about taxi and luggages.
