Fabulous location, brilliant complex

Good location, 2nd row from beach. The place needs a deep clean. We never used the cooking facilities but I had to kill many bugs in the kitchen and bathroom areas.

We have just arrived back from a week stay at No 28. The apartment was lovely, immaculately clean and in a fantastic location, the sea view from the terrace was amazing. All the restaurants in Flamingo Bay were excellent. Everything we needed for a week away. We will definitely be booking again for next year.

The property is in much need of decoration, it is very dated. A few little niggles eg. Overall tiredness of the apartment, needs a bit of tlc Kettle needs replacement because you had to hold the button in to boil it. TV did not work at all. Outside sun beds very dirty, only one useable. Overall we enjoyed our stay because of the fabulous closeness to beach and sea view..

Although we have been visiting Lanzerote for over 20 years this is the first time we have stayed at Playa flamingo Found the accommodation excellent for location,facilities and always a bonus the beds were comfortable Would certainly consider staying there again

Shopping facilities are on the doorstep also restaurants and the beach is literally a stones throw from the apartment. It is peaceful and a delight to sit on the patio with a bottle of wine (or 2 ! ) and relax. We will certainly be returning in Jan/ Feb 2023. The apartment was very comfortable with adequate facilities. One question, would love to have access to Wi-Fi. ?

The property is exactly like the photos. Location is excellent with just 70m to the beach, you can stop half way at the beach bar if you need a rest. The restaurants on the front by the beach are good. We have stayed in the Flamingo beach area multiple time and in the Flamingo 'complex/resort' before as well. The apartment is in the quite privately owned side so never felt noisy or busy. The beach is great for children with lots of soft sand and gently sloping to the sea. We did a lot of snorkelling and saw lots of fish including Barracuda and an Angel Shark. The best visibility is outside the two 'arms' but only go there if you are a strong swimmer and/or are wearing fins. Inside the 'arms' there are still lots of fish to see (best by the rocks on the left) and you don't even need to go out of your depth

Staying in Playa blanka again is great

We had a fabulous stay in playa flamingo! The resort itself is perfect for families. Apartment is next to pool (but not noisy!) and about 100m from the beach. The apartment was lovely, clean and tidy and a brilliant location. We definitely hope to visit again.

Absolutely loved this apartment! Well equipped, super location, supermarkets, restaurants close by. Nice sunny, sheltered patio. Just great!

Literally less than 1 minute from beach. Locked gate, use keycard to enter/exit, is 25 meters or so from apt. Location could not be better. Apt. is nice, has everything we need and more. Casa Joaquin restaurant next door is only one we ate at - 3 times. Like this area much, much more than other Playa Blanca or Puerto de Carmen areas we saw. Love to go back!

Everything about our stay was just as we would like from the booking process to checking out. Communication with Sue was great before our departure and all instructions including directions and check in were spot on. Location of the apartment is perfect. About 20 seconds to the beach! Plenty of restaurants, shops and bars in walking distance and despite the beachfront location on a busy complex it was very peaceful at night. About a 15 minute walk to Playa Blanca centre where there are plenty of food/drink/entertainment choices. Made easier by the coastal path (very good for walking off the lovely food we had!) Apartment itself had everything we needed for our stay and we would happily return and recommend to friends and family Thank you! :)

Loved this apartment, it’s a little gem, the terrace was an amazing little sun trap, very private too. Ample space for two people, very clean, everything you need for a home from home experience. Walking distance to loads of restaurants and many supermarkets to grab your essentials. We also hired a car and never struggled to find a parking space. We will definitely be booking this place again. Thank you for letting us stay here.

The villa felt like home from the minute I walked in. The patio faced south, had a sea view and was a little sun trap. It was a 2 minute walk to Flamingo Beach and within walking distance of restaurants, shops and the centre of Playa Blanca. Would definitely like to stay there again.

Wonderful wonderful holiday at a well positioned apartment. 30 paces from pool, 100 paces from the best beach in Lanzarote, 25 minute stroll from town centre with great restaurants to suit all tastes. Best holiday we have ever had in Lanzarote due to Great apartment with all that we required with a lovely private terrace with sun beds to top up tan if required. Restaurants very close by but we enjoyed the walk along the coast through the port and on to towns restaurants. Down side was reading the visitors book where all said they were returning which is making it difficult for us to squeeze in for our return next year. Would recommend this apartment without a second thought. We visited end April, weather a little cloudy but still plenty of sun and warm. Thank you Sue for the extra time given to us on the final day. Your friends at No 9 were asking about you and your husbands health and sorry to have missed you but send their kindest regards. Will be booking for next year if we can get in. John&Sheila.

The apartment is in a fantastic location, being about 100 yards from the beautiful Flamingo beach. We had fantastic weather throughout our stay and we particularly enjoyed watching the beautiful sunsets while enjoying a glass of whine on the patio area. We will definitely return.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this bungalow, which is spacious and very private on the large terrace. The view over the sea and beach from the terrace specially watching the sunsets. It was less than a minutes walk to go for a swim in the bay. The bungalow was in a quiet location on this complex, and well located for supermarket and walks. It is about 10 mins walk to the harbour and most of restaurants etc. The bungalow is well equipped to self cater, with lots of crockery etc. We would be very happy to stay here again.

Spent a week in October 2018 in this pleasant apartment. The complex appears to be almost in 2 parts - traditional apartments to one side which belong to Tui Family Life and bungalow style accommodation which is type I stayed in. Apt is located on the beach and has sea view. It is quiet and apt was fully equipped with everything required for a holiday, even down to beach chairs and brolly. The walk in shower was most welcome as I have problems with accessing baths. Very close by are a selection of restaurants and supermarkets. The town centre is about 10 mins walk. Here you will also find the bus statiin where you can travel to/fron airport for €3.30. Would recommend. Barbara N Ireland

Wonderful holiday! Would have loved to have stayed longer. Excellent location, beach is great and many good restaurants within 2 minutes walk. Accommodation very good but air conditioning would have been a bonus. The fan in the bedroom was very noisy and unfortunately did not seem to cool us down at night hence only given just the four stars. However this did not spoil our holiday in any way and would definitely recommend this property and would certainly stay here again. Communication with the owner was excellent!

This is a lovely apartment, equipped with everything you could think of. The location is perfect, the sea and nearest beach is a stone throw away and a lovely walk to the town via the promenade with a few bars/restaurants along the way. The complex itself is lovely and clean with the use of 5 pools, though it is located on an all inclusive complex and were not able to buy drinks or food from the bar. Though that did not bother us, it may others. I would recommend staying here, we had a lovely holiday.

We had a lovely holiday in this wee bungalow. The garden was the best bit overlooking the sea. We normally would be beach people but it was so close to beach we spent most days in the garden as it was more convenient. It’s perfect for a couple but maybe bit small for a family although am sure families do as noticed lots of families on the complex . Thanks for lovely holiday x
