Very comfortable stay, friendly staff.

Vending machine needs to be revamped, with more choice of drinks and snacks when the bar/restaurant is closed.

Attentive staff and a nice looking lobby area. Great location for my needs.

The room was a bit outdated and dark. The USB sockets were not working very well and instead of a double bed I got two single beds but these are rather small issues.

Nice rooms, good bedding, nice shower and an exceptional breakfast!

The garage, which - as is the case with a lot of hotel parkings - is better suited to smaller cars, but is also a bit of fun, as your car goes into a lift to access it. And unfortunately the one lift going up to the top floor was out of service, so we had to drag our luggage up a floor through a steepish staircase. The nice young lady at the reception desk had proposed to take up my luggage as I am slightly handicapped, but it was not worth the bother really. A single lift for the whole hotel was a bit of a nuisance though.

Location is good for my purposes, rather close to the metro and train station. There is an electric kettle and Rombouts tea and coffee provided (very good Belgian coffee); the fridge works. There is a normal socket and USB sockets by the desk and bed - very convenient.

It looks like a hotel that rides on its location and does not bother to make much of an effort. Extremely expensive breakfast (I am not going to pay 22€ for a cup of tea and two croissants, so I skipped that), front desk that is slow and not really competent (might have been a new employee, but then there is a training issue). Sauna does not work at the fitness room. Higher security apps do not work with their wifi, you need to use your mobile data plan for those.

Great location for EU work. Nice breakfast. Friendly & efficient staff.

It's nice, without being great. Go to the bathroom during the night and the light comes on - agghh!
