Ej så stor men fullt tillräcklig. Saknades inget som borde finnas där.
Väldigt låg toalettstol. Svårt att resa sig från om man är äldre med dåliga knän. Trappsteg inne i foajén när man går mot hissarna. Borde gå att lösa bättre.

Breakfast was good, could be better but good enough. Location is perfect for me for visiting Brewskival. Decent price, for the prices today...
Ventilation was a bit low, hot rooms and very foggy avfter showering.

Room was really dark and super hot, no ac, and bathroom was old and not very clean, with people’s hair all over 😬

Room was like sauna. Too hot to sleep, opening window didnt help at all. Got fans from reception, but one was broken, and one fan just was not enough to get room cooler.

Good Airy rooms with fresh air, Room Heating system is also quite good, Bathroom is neat and clean. Need Hair dryer only. Elevator to all floors.
Near to the centrum, Food is very quote good and cheap in the city, moreover, breakfast is also quite good in the hotel and especially the staff is friendly.

Position was strategic for where i had to go working. Staff was super nice and also kindly provided me an iphone charger (left mine Italy). Breakfast was super good with plenty of different dishes. Overall good.

Good bed and really nice views, the sun hitting the room through the window was marvelous every morning
Breakfast was a bit meh, and wifi was horrible, I couldn't even load the images in the Netflix app.

we traveled with a toddler so it was a plus they have a playroom so we could spend there some time when it rained. Eventhough we didn’t have the breakfast included, we bought it and it was very very good. Also we had dinner a few times and it was very tasty. Receptionists were super nice
upon arrival we got the surprise that they are refurbishing the hotel so there was noise from 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday, which it wasn’t said in the website before booking, so no siesta for my kid (or anyone). Also, on the last night, they held a “Balkan party” on our floor. if we wouldn’t have asked to change our room, they would have done it! it was literally impossible to sleep there.

The staff is rude and racist in nature. We checked into this Hotel on 22 Dec 2022 around 10.00 pm. The lady at the reception was very rude to us and did not allow our friend to have dinner in our room. She was giving stupid reasons and not allowing our friend to enter the hotel. I have traveled around the world but never faced such issues. This was the first time where we were treated like this, we are highly educated and working for International companies in higher post. I will never recommend this hotel.
