The room was very big and the spa area is nice.

The acoustics is very bad. We could hear chairs being moved upstairs, kids crying in the night and everyone walking on corridor. The hair drier was very weak. The pool description could have information that caps are required.

- Location was nice and close to the beach. Also within a walking distance of the city centre. - The hotel itself was clean and room was bright. - The hotel staff in general was also nice and spoke multiple languages. They provided fresh towels after swimming pool and were polite. - Breakfast was ok, enough variety but standard. Can't speak about dinner as we always ate out.

- The beds were very uncomfortable and mattresses were very soft and beds kept sliding apart. The pillows were beat to hell. They really need to be replaced as the pillows provide no support. Not a single night of good sleep. - For a "wellness resort", you need to pay for basic things like bathrobes, slippers or even a safe. As they do not provide them in the rooms by default (like most resorts/hotels do). There is a kettle with two mugs, but no coffee or tea bags, so buy or bring your own. - The top floor Café was very bad. They don't have ingredients to make the drinks/dishes on the menu. Which we found out 10 min after we placed an order. - We really wanted to try out the massages and "spa treatments" but they all finish up around 14:00 so it was not possible(Sundays they do not operate). Especially if you want to spend time shopping int he city or walking on the beautiful beach

Poor quality hair shampoo and soap offered as part of the service. Need to pay extra for night gowns. Lack of comfortable chairs in the room. No blankets on the beds to sit on. Just two elevators in a relatively big facility.

Good breakfast and lunch options. Comfortable dinning area. Nice and clean swimming pool and sauna.
