Richard's Ealing home was perfect for our group of 4 (married couple plus 2 sisters). The house was sparkling clean, roomy, and in a perfect location for our visit, which included day trips by train into London and extended drives to Wales locations. We rented a car and parked it easily on the street near the house while we took the train into the city. The train station is an easy 7 minute walk and the surrounding neighborhood is very family oriented and friendly. Richard provided everything we needed, even a hair dryer and extra power adapters for those of us who forgot ours at home! The bathroom is tiny...no surprise to us since this is common in Europe, but others may want to know this ahead of time. Overall, our stay was spectacular - enough room for everyone to have their own space at the end of tiring days and a cozy living room within which we could discuss the day's adventures together. Thanks for everything, Richard. On our next trip to England, we will surely stay with you again!

Richard was a very attentive host from our first email until the end of our stay. He met us at the station and showed us through the apartment even though it was quite late at night. The apartment is wonderful, very spacious and cosy. It was exactly as it was described and the photos on the website were very accurate. It has every facility that you could want and was very clean and well-maintained. The property is an easy 8 minute walk from the underground and a short 3 minute walk to the bus. There are several restaurants and two supermarkets in the main street. I will not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone wishing to stay in London. We will definitely return should we visit London again. Thank you once again to Richard for going out of his way to help us when we arrived.

We really enjoyed being in the nice burrough of Ealing, in a quiet street with a park and shops within 5 minutes walk, and downtown London accessible in less than 30 minutes with the Tube. The house is very comfortable and nicely arranged, and the owners are really sweet people who ensured we had the best possible stay. Highly recommended.

The house is a charming representative of a 2 bedroom West London house. It was spotlessly clean and very thoughtfully decorated. It is well equipped. Our host 'Richard' was extremely responsive and has the added bonus of having a great, humorous personality. We stayed for a month and this house became our home - very easily!

Communication with Richard was always prompt and he was very professional and courteous. We arrived early in the morning after an overnight flight and were very tired when we arrived. Even though we were early and the apartment wasn't fully ready for us, Richard allowed us to stop by to drop our luggage off even though the apartment was still in process of being cleaned. We really appreciate the thoughtfulness that he showed in being flexible with us. Richard explained everything very thoroughly and provides everything you need for a short or long-term stay. We truly enjoyed our stay in London. The property is in a very safe neighborhood, was large enough for our entire family of 5 and had all we needed for our stay. We were a short tube ride away from the main points of London but were able to safely commute back and forth to the city each day. The location is in a very quiet part of town - we left the windows open each night and had no trouble with street noise. You are a short walk away from shops, a small grocery store and restaurants. We also enjoyed the time in the back garden at his property. Overall Richard provides a great place to stay for our family of 3 kids and 2 adults and he made us feel very comfortable and welcome. If we come back to London, we wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Renting this house was a great choice for our trip to London! A clean and comfortable home within walking distance of everything you need (including public transport). The neighborhood is safe and quiet. Best of all, the manager, Richard, goes above and beyond to make sure you are settled and have everything you need. We will very much keep this place in mind for our next trip to the UK.

I just stayed here with my wife, daughter and niece for a long weekend while in London for a family celebration. The house itself is in a quiet suburban street, so very peaceful. It is very clean, comfortable and well equipped with everything you would need. There is a selection of good restaurants and shops nearby and you are also close to two tube stations for travelling into central London. Richard, our host, was very friendly and accommodating. Nothing was too much bother to make our stay a good one. We would definitely look to stay here again on future trips.

The house is in a quiet street just of the high street. Only a few minutes walk to the tube and lots of good restaurants ( I recommend Papaya) and independent shops nearby. Richard is a really friendly and helpful owner who keeps a tidy and homely place. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

We spent five days in the house. Just as seen in previous comments, it is about an hour away from Gatwick (via southern train to Victoria and tube to the house) and half an hour away from the center of London on the tube. That gave us just the right time to prepare the last details of the daily plan... and to comment the results after the daily tourism had finished... On our way back to the house, there were two small supermarkets where we did supper/breakfast shopping. There are a number of restaurants too. The house itself is more like a true home, perfectly furnished and very cozy on the cold evenings we spent there (it snowed!). Plenty of room for a family of five (Dad+Mom+16+13+12) and very, very comfortable. Wifi, a big TV and ¡a record player! (with a good collection of records my kids didn't know what to do with...) provided evening activities after running around all over London. Richard proved to be more the friend we didn't have in London than the owner of the house. He was far more kind and helpful than we expected, and his house, a home away from home. We enjoyed our stay and surely recommend the experience.

We stayed for three nights in October. The house is lovely, well equipped and clean and a great quiet base to explore London from. There are shops nearby for food shopping. Richard is a good host and sorted out any issues quickly. We'd definitely stay again.

This is a spacious, clean, comfortable and well-equipped two-bedroom house close to the Piccadilly line and within easy walking distance of Ealing Broadway. Just as advertised. Highly recommended.

My daughter and I stayed here for a week while we explored London together. The house is really lovely...warm, clean and comfortable. It's just as described, maybe even better than described. Everything was in perfect working order in the house. Very easy access to the tube and busses, and super easy to get to from Heathrow. It only takes about 30-35 to get into the heart of London via the tube, and it was always nice after a hectic day in the city to come back to our quiet, cozy home. There are plenty of nice restaurants, pubs and shops on the next street over, within a few minutes walk. The neighborhood seems to be very family oriented and very safe. There were always people out and about and they were all friendly and nice. My daughter went out to one of the local pubs on Friday night and immediately made friends with a fun group of folks who made sure to walk her home afterwards. As for our host Richard, he is a real gem! He was very attentive to our needs and questions for the 1st day or so while we were still figuring things out. He's also got a great sense of humor, which I especially appreciated. I would highly recommend this rental to everybody! Thanks, Richard, for making our stay so wonderful!

We rented the property as we are engaged in a project locally. The property is in a quiet residential area and easy too get to, in our case by car. It would be equally easy by rail. The house was clean, warm and comfortable. The kitchen had a comprehensive range of appliances to make your stay easy. Beds and pillows were equally good, we will be returning to the property again.

We loved staying at this property and Richard bent over backwards to accommodate us. Fitting childgates, organizing a crib.. he really went the extra mile. The house is well equipped and ideally located. Northfields is a charming local community with a great selection of restaurants (Maxim's has been a favorite Chinese for over 20 years and Papaya is a wonderful Sri Lankan restaurant where the Sri Lankan cricket team visit when they're in London!), and also excellent transport links. The house is a short walk to Northfields station and you can be in central London in under half an hour. We will definitely be back as we were made to feel so very welcome! Thanks Richard!

The property is in a typical English Street, you will not believe how quiet it is there. It was heavenly. We found ourselves in likely the best apartment we have rented, and we have a lot of experience. The property is lovely, homely and kept in very good and clean condition. The bedrooms are nice and quite spacious. The bathroom is tiny but works just fine. Richard is a most wonderful host. Very helpful indeed. Printing tickets for Legoland was not an issue. We saw him cleaning after our stay, double checking what the cleaner whom he hired had done. The whole process with him was seamless and he answered all of my many questions fast and thoroughly. The apartment is close by Northfields Tube station for the Picadilly Line. Ealing Broadway (Central Line and National Rail Network) is about 12 minutes to walk. We often used UBER which was very fast, you can also take the bus. Ealing Broadway was a bigger selection of stores, restaurants etc, But even closer by you find lovely pubs and restaurants. It's a great place to be close by the city without actually being right there. I felt it was great for the kids to come home and have a more relaxed and quiet environment. We would stay again. Charming house on a quiet street near northfields tube station on the picadilly line. Richard was a wonderful host. Nothing was too much trouble for him. The house was immaculate and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and sheets new and high quality. I would recommend it to anyone. It's less than 10 stops on tube to central London. We visited family in ealing but also spent time in central London. Great location for transport,shops and restaurants.
