Sea, beautiful place, good bed.
Cold water in shower, wedding party at night, they don't clean our room even after we spend the whole day outside, they ask for tips in credit card, TV don't work for flashUSB

Spacious room, well equipped with gorgeous view to the Black Sea.

The room with sea view was amazing, very clean and comfortable. The stuff at the reception was kind. Location is perfect, you are right at the sea.
The only thing that was awkward at this hotel is the restaurant stuff. We have the option breakfast included. The woman was very arogant, kind of told us "you can order from the breakfast menu, but not 10 things))" and that was funny, because we already ordered coffee, eggs and desert and that's all. And the most strange thing was to pay for the second coffee, when you have breakfast included. She didn't said anything when we ordered second coffee, but brought us the check together with the coffee.

The room air conditioning was very bad and they were informed of the problem and it was not resolved during the entire stay.

Great great location, own beach, polite staff.
The windows are facing the wall in the budget rooms, also the sound isolation could be better. Go for a better room, If you can pay more, so probably your stay will be 10/10 without any issues.

It's very noisy during summertime, with loud music from the bars around playing until 5:00 am, particularly in the “street side” rooms.
Ask the hotel before your booking to avoid problems.

The hotel has a nice little pool and right behind that pool is the beach. Actually its a distance of 5 Meters only. Couldn´t be better.
Everyone was friendly and warm and i always felt welcome.
At breakfast they had no real vegan options on the menu but they created something out of the blue. Really appreciate that.
There were some construction work done within the hotel. It didn´t really bother me but you can hear some noise now and then. Guess they will be finished next month (July 2021) so that issue shouldn´t be around.
