great location and good communication with host

The view was beautiful.

The towels were dirty. The couch bed wasn’t comfortable at all.

The room was clean and the area is safe and has a good view to the sea

While booking the amount was 415 NIS, but was charged 661 NIS, as 150 NIS were added for cleaning plus 18% tax. If I new what was the total amount I wouldn’t have booked thus room. I discovered what I was charged for only after I checked my credit card bills. I approached the room owner but was left unsatisfied.

The apartment is nice and clean and the view is amazing. The host is very kind, he made sure that we get to the place by giving out helpful instructions. Over all satisfied for 2 nights stay.

The price is a bit high, I was surprised with the extra fees.

Location, place was spotless, nice view to the beach, easy access, lots of parking spots.

I think it's booking's fault, not the host's - cleaning fee was hidden, i've only found out about it post payment.

Be careful booking this apartment as in the end you will pay twice higher price than stated by Booking.com. I booked it for the "final price" of 379NIS per night. I have a confirmation letter on my mail with this price. Now imagine my surprise when I found out that my bank account was charged 617NIS. As the owner stated, there is a cleaning fee that almost equals the night rate! It was never mentioned by Booking.com while the booking process. And in the owner’s document it is typed with tiny letters below the big ‘final’ price. A very unpleasant surprise. Do not choose this property if you are not ready to pay twice.

Just be honest about the price you charge and don’t play with tiny letters, it is so rude and disgusting. Don’t consider your guests idiots with limitless wallet.

Great location with a beautifull view over the sea. The host was very kind, helping us with all we need. The apartment was big, clean, the double bed super confortable.

The location is great, close to the beach.

The price is a high compared to similar properties. almost impossible to find free parking, had to pay another 50 NIS for parking over night.

We needed something and the landlord provided immediately. Fridge, microwave and washing machine are great, didn't use the hob. Superb location, the building is managed and there is a guard. On the beach there are mostly families. There is a wave breaker so not a lot of waves. Good restaurants and a pool nearby. Metronit (bus service) is nearby, railway station Hof ha-Carmel is in one kilometre, so you can go into the city and experience all it has to offer.

A bit hard to find free parking, but the paid parking is only 25 NIS a day. After a day we moved the car to the free parking. The flat is maintained ok, can use some small repairs.

The host was very friendly and the apartment is located at an excellent place.

The apartment should be renovated, it has not been renovated for several years.
