the location by the port is wonderful. Also, the rooftop bar/dip pool was a nice touch. The hotel was also very knowledgeable about all things going on.

The location of the hotel is at the bottom of a high cliff. This is not clear in any of the information. There is a cliff side lift which is some distance away that you have to pay €1.20 each way. There is a shuttle bus that is €2 each way that goes to the bus and train station with no set timetable. The hotel should consider adding this information to the details of the hotel on booking.com and also when confirming the booking/payment. We had to walk with heavy suitcases and hand luggage up and down some very steep stairs and cobbled streets! The hotel should offer transport to and from the station for customers arriving and departing.

The rooftop bar is excellent and has a beautiful view across the coast. The staff are friendly and helpful with any enquiries or issues. The rooms are cleaned and tidied daily. Breakfast was OK and it is only a short walk to the marina or to the lift to get to the centre of town.

My bathroom was small and dated. There were dozens of speckles of mould on every tile within the room. Whilst the rooftop bar area is great, having to pay €50 for a sun lounger is excessive.

La habitación, a la cual se ingresaba por una escalera inmediata al acceso, parecía un altillo, con una ventana sin vistas al exterior, más propias de una prisión qué de un hotel. Un baño minúsculo y sin lugar para acomodar las pertenencias, tanto en este como en la habitación y una caja de seguridad, propia de los años 30. Cuando se reclamo por este tema, el personal, adujo qué esa era la habitación económica, y cerró el reclamo.

Bed was incredibly hard and the frame creaked with the slightest of movement so it was a disturbed sleep. Also had a terrible smell of damp. Air con didn’t seem to work Curtain was broken. Staff were unresponsive to our comments, their response was and I quote “well it is a standard room”.

The staff are wonderful and the location is great if you are taking ferries to the islands and Amalfi coast. The restaurant is fantastic and so good we ate there every night. Breakfast was really good.

The staff were lovely and so friendly, the location was perfect for us, lovely view of the sea & a balcony (we upgraded when booking). A small pool with a bar was perfect for a cool off in the evening and a drink. There’s a really lovely restaurant just outside with fab food & great service too.

Nothing we loved it, but do be aware it’s a hill into town, there is a lift & a bus so don’t need to walk unless you want to. Breakfast is ok - standard buffet style, but not very exciting, but fine for what we paid.

Easy to access from the ferry harbour, for which reason we decided to arrive by ferry from Naples. The hotel was one of the cheapest we could find in town during high season. The personnel is very helpful and the breakfast was great. Did not get to use the swimming pool, so I cannot judge that.

The room's main light was broken for 1 of 2 days of our stay. It got repaired in the morning of our 2nd stay. It was not a big issue, as we could still use the lamps on the night stands. The bathroom was a little outdated, with an awkwardly sized mini bath, but it was OK for our short stay. The AC, despite working non stop, was OK but not great, as it could cool off the room but could not reach the bathroom for example. The only way to get to the upper town is either by stairwell (with a lot of steps) or by bus/taxi or by an elevator, which however gets very busy in the evening when visitors leave the beach establishments and return to the upper town.

didn’t like that it was a little outdated, needs a better air conditioning system. need better beds, mattresses. Needs mini fridge in every room and a safe. no need to have that many people serving coffee , invested in a few good coffee machines and let you guest make their own.

Good cost benefit in Sorrento. Convenient location, good breakfast.

The room was facing the road, so a bit noisy. Some stairs uphill to go to the city center.

great location, close to the water, restaurants and the marina with a view of Mt Vesuvius from our room. staff were very friendly and willing to help when needed. I’m an English speaker but I had no problem communicating. skybar and pool were also great. A excellent place to relax.

walls were very thin, a minor issue but if you are someone who struggles to sleep with noise then you might find it difficult. cooling in the room wasn’t very good. also had some minor problems with the tv.

Great location for ferry and access to town. Lovely staff. Comfortable large room with loads of storage. We had a lovely roof terrace which more than made up for our room being at the back of the hotel. Nice breakfast. We both really enjoyed our stay and would stay at the hotel again.
