Wir waren mit unserem Zimmer nicht zufrieden, auf Nachfrage wurde uns ein anderes Zimmer gegeben
Das ganze Hotel riecht unangenehm, im Zimmer merkt man eine Feuchtigkeit. Badezimmer muss renoviert werden. Speisesaal sehr klein, für so ein großes Hotel

Friendly and personal service
The staff were all very friendly and helpful and no request for assistance was a problem for them. Mr Krishna at the reception were guide us to the places which is very close.The hotel is well situated, being close to shopping, transport, and the tourist sites. We would definitely stay there again.

Awesome experience at the park. Had a pleasant stay, excellent customer service. Stay was so comfortable. Fast check in, checkout experience, thanks to kavya & krishna it was very nice to talk to you both during checkout

Super nice hotel!
Great hotel. Everything was nice. Me and my colleagues would surely choose it again next time we visit Chennai. Great location, great service, friendly behaviour by Mr Krishna at the front desk. Good value for the money.

Always good and comfortable,all staff are nice,friendly,helpful and great most of all frontdesk like cathrine,neha,krishna,mrinal and others,my room maintained cleanliness because of yeamir and Mr.dominic and mr.dinesh.I'm so happy because of this hotel are great,if need help they always help me..keep up the good work all of you..

Apart from the hotel location, everything was very bad.
The room was very smelly, the service was poor.
This was one of the finest hotel in the past, not sure what happened now..

Black and dirty water coming in showers and wash basin. Room farnichar was broken and many white fungus in room.
Totally bad experience.

Housekeeping was bad. Bathrooms were dirty with water all over . Slippery and flush not working !
Reception was not friendly at all and service at the dining was sad. If we ask for a cup of coffee they ask us to go and pick it up . !! The sushi maker was rude !
