We loved Eric’s house. His communication was great and we were able to walk everywhere we needed to go. The house was spotless! All the extra special touches were wonderful- from fresh flowers to local beers and candy. Thank you for making our Nashville weekend great!

We came to Nashville to celebrate a birthday with family and friends. The house was perfect accommodations for the for couples raging in age from 50s to early 20s. Beautifully appointed with every need thought of and spotlessly clean. The best part about this property is the owner, who is communicative and kind. There were snacks and drinks for us, and he was quick to respond to any messages. Close to Broadway and easy to find. It’s always nerve wracking booking online and not knowing h exactly what you’ll get, but this is the best Vrbo I’ve ever stayed in!

I can't say enough about this wonderful home. We were a group of five which included two 85 year old women. There was comfort in every room. The house is immaculately clean. The location to downtown is ideal. We had no trouble at all getting an Uber to where ever we were headed. Eric is an incredible host. He checked on us when we arrived and again during our stay. He made sure we had more than we needed. I have two sons that live in Nashville and it was a joy to be able to host them and a couple of their friends for a game night. If you are looking for a home away from home this is your place. Do not hesitate to book with Eric. You will be more than pleased.

Eric's place is beautiful, comfortable, and he provides several nice surprises at check-in for guests. One of the most well-stocked properties we've ever stayed in. Walkable to Capitol View area, Antique Archeology/Marathon Plaza, and Broadway. We've stayed here before and will stay here again!

This was my first time booking through a VRBO and I don’t think I could have had a better experience. Eric was a great host. From the day of the booking until the time our group of 8 ended the trip Eric was always available for questions and giving recommendations on things to do to make our experience the best it could be. As for the house it was very clean and spacious. There was plenty of room for a large group to hang out both in the kitchen as well the living room and the bedrooms were a good size. Although we used Uber quite a bit, much of what we did in Nashville was well within walking distance. I would highly recommend this house for anyone wanting to visit Nashville.

We had a blast touring the city, visiting the honky tonks and various museums and parks and of course the Grand Ole Opry. Eric is a very generous homeowner who let us use his home and left us with snacks and local beverages. The Home is absolutely gorgeous. Location is a little outside the city so we used Ubers to go into town. Located near farmer’s market and one of the stops of the hop on hop off bus. Short Uber ride to Grand Ole Opry and shopping centers and Opryland. Will definitely look for the availability of this home in the future and will recommend to others.

Our family had the best experience, wonderful host who was considerate and helpful. The area is located within walking distance or short drives to various areas in Nashville we wanted to visit. We would 100% stay here again whether with family or a group of friends.

Eric is an excellent host and provides a comfortable home for a Nashville get away. He responded promptly to our requests the week of our arrival (suggestions for groceries, live music, etc) and checked -in (by phone) during our stay. The four bedrooms and three bathrooms worked out for our party of nine. One person elected to sleep on the couch instead of utilizing the provided spare trundle bed. Having three showers was especially handy in quickly getting ready in the morning! The kitchen was spacious and we had everything we needed to prepare breakfast each morning prior to heading out for daily adventures. The living room, back yard and front porch were spaces that curated conversations recapping our wackynashville adventures. The walk from Broadway was just under 30 minutes. A little too far for our 70 year old parents BUT the rest of the family had no problem with the walk. If walking is not your jam, Uber/Lyft rides were on the low end of $8 and as much as $22 depending on availability. The Nashville Farmers Market is a 10 minute walk and a grocery store is a short drive, too. You should know that the home is located next to a railroad track. We did hear the train in the early morning hours on one night (Thursday) but were not bothered the other four nights of our stay. When we return to Nashville, we will check to see if the home is available. It was clean, comfortable and convenient.

We had a 9 Girl Bachelorette weekend at this property, and it could not have been any better! The house was perfect, Clean, roomy, and the host was an absolute delight to work with, had everything covered as far as anything we could need. Top Notch!!

Very nice house. Very clean. He provides several food items, bottled water, coffee pods and much more. There are plenty of towels (nice ones too) for everyone. We had a large group. We have stayed at many homes from VRBO and have never had such a wonderful supply of extras. It's about a 30 minute walk to downtown. Other reviews have said it's an iffy area but we didn't see that at all. When walking we went through indistustrialized areas but nothing that was a threat. I would never hesitate to stay in this home again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and Eric was an amazing host. Nothing was missed to make the time there comfortable and relaxed. He even checked on us during the stay.It’s close to great dining locations and we highly recommend the Farmers Market for a quick lunch. If you’re there on the weekend you have to visit the crafters show at the Farmers Market for souvenirs!

We had an amazing stay at Eric's place. First off, Eric is the bomb! His response time was near immediate for all my questions leading up to and during our stay. He even checked in on us on New Years to make sure all was good. The location is perfect for downtown jaunts and the layout of the house is perfectly designed for large gatherings. Everyone in our group felt super comfortable, as if it were our own home. We definitely recommend Eric's place for your next trip to Nashville!!! We will certainly be back!

The house was immaculate and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. It was an easy 5 minute drive to the heart of Nashville which we enjoyed exploring every day of our visit. Eric is a great host!

The house was immaculate and Eric thought of every detail in renting his home. He left his wine, beer, snacks, coffee, creamers and water. The house is perfect for a group of friends as there were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms as well as extra pillows and blankets. The house had plenty of towels as well as toiletries. If I was visiting Nashville again, I would definitely stay there.

I rented this property for a girls weekend. It was very spacious, new and updated, amazingly decorated (keeping with Nashville charm). We most appreciated that the kitchen had a few essentials available to us (coffee pods, coffee cream, bottle of wine, beer). It was a nice surprise. Would definitely recommend staying here. It is not really in walking distance but Uber was always quickly available and inexpensive to get where we needed to go.

I’ve stayed in many rental homes all of the country and staying here has been the best experience. Eric is the perfect host- very responsive, checks in, answered all our questions, made great recommendations for food, etc. The house was impeccably clean, lots of space, decore was very nice, we felt right at home. Location was very could , we could have walked but chose Ubers which were readily available to the location. I can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed staying there. I would definitely stay again and recommend to others. Thanks Eric!

Property and house were awesome Eric was very accommodating with questions we had. When we make it back to Nashville we would stay here again. We got hooked up with a van service (35$ for 7 people named Nash vegas) to get to the bigger bars. grocery store and liquor store all in walking distance all in all great property great trip.

Eric who owns this property is a very gracious and accommodating owner. He was responsive to the utmost degree and had everything timed and prepared nicely for our arrival. The house has been very tastefully remodeled and was extremely spacious and roomie. 6 of us gals stayed there, and we appreciated everything provided, especially 3 bathrooms! I'd say that the only downside was that for as close as it is to the downtown area (approx 1.6 miles) there wasn't a real direct route that didn't put you along some rather busy turnpike type roads. BUT, that all said...it's SUPER easy and relatively cheap to get ubers. And once your downtown, you do so much walking anyway...do you really need to walk to and from the house? 5 stars overall and we'd definitely stay there again!!!

Eric was helpful and friendly throughout our stay. The house was nicely furnished, clean and comfortable. The location was close to downtown, but we didn't feel comfortable walking from the house as it is in a more industrial area.
